我到达济南的那个中午，天色阴沉，乌云盖住整座城市。
来接站的司机带我上了一辆溅着泥浆的黑色伊兰特轿车。开出济南西站不久，我们上了一
条布满碎石与小坑的路。窗外灰尘弥漫，偶尔有渣土车轰隆驶过。司机走错了几次路，我
彻底失去了方向感，只记得路上尽是工地、汽配店、小饭馆、批发市场。不知过了多久，
眼前出现一片灰色建筑群。车猛一拐弯驶进一座大院，我们到了。
一个小伙子走过来，笑着跟我打招呼，帮我拿了行李。我匆匆打量周围几眼，四月的济南
依然景色寥寥，巨大的广场后面蹲着一座方形的大楼，楼前是长长的阶梯，广场两侧栽种
的小树没有几片叶子。这里的一切像极了某个县的县政府。
接待大厅里一片冷清，几个中年妇女在吃馒头。我觉得饿，要了一个馒头，就着白开水吃
。大厅的一端是监控室，整面墙上安满了屏幕，看样子，摄像头布满了每个角落。
