Ingredients:
- Flowers / Petals: Rose, Jasmine, Rosemary, Lavender, Chamomile, Marigold,
Hibiscus. (either of them or a mix of all or any)
- Boiling water
Method:
Put the petals in a bowl and cover them with boiling water to immerse the petals. Let stand for whole night. Strain and
use in the morning. The floral water will stay for a week, if refrigerated.

我这个因为是蜡烛点的，扩散力确实有限，后来拿朋友送的那个美容用的蒸面器
来做difuser，感觉扩散效果不错，只是不能常点，每次十几分钟而已~~~ |

又有点忙就拖到今天了。
一个一个说吧，Nebulizer Diffuser House Model，还不错，是我找到的卖得最
便宜的。说是基本上没有声音，其实如果没有别的背景声，晚上睡觉开还是会
觉得有点吵，也可能是我放得太近。带一个timer，这样可以隔几个半小时开
半小时，这样比较节省EO,也防止空气中太饱和了。
organic lavender bulgaria 和我以前买的france产的比较了一下，这次买的
10ml好像没有以前多。闻起来新买的味道高调一些，还是喜欢原来的，可能是
先入为主吧。
Eucalyptus闻起来和我以前在both&body买得没有什么不一样，这不过这次是
纯的，所以味道强烈一些。
peppermint闻起来就像薄荷糖，没有可以比较的。tea tree oil明显比我在
drug store买的要纯正。
我还买了roman chamomile hydrosol和lavender hydrosol，因为买一送一，
一共有4瓶4oz的。chamomile的很喜欢，但第一次用lavende |

打喷嚏、流眼泪、鼻子堵塞、嗓子肿痛、鼻子灼痛、眼睛灼痛、头痛。我当时猛喝菊花
茶，每天大量的喝。坚持5天，喝完一盒茶，所有症状消失。杭州白菊最好，我在这里
买的是Chamomile，不含咖啡因。
后来见OB的时候提起过敏，她给我写了四种药，说是孕妇可以用：Clarifin，Allegra,
Zyrfec, Gereies.我留着下次再犯过敏的时候用。 |

粒大小相关,我的理解如果太小了,像加州宝贝用的是highly micronized,那可能就能进
入细胞了.长期用的危险性多大不知道,反正能免则免吧.
重新看了Coppertone Waterbabies的成分,是用zinc的,但的确有化学防晒成分. 后来找

之前发了帖子说我家宝宝湿疹的办法。最近我在找更natural的针对湿疹的护肤品，因
为宝宝快3个月了 手动得多起来 时常吃嘴边的被单，脸上抹的油经常会吃到嘴里，然
而凡士林这类东西主要成份是white petrolatum，white petrolatum提炼后怕不纯是不
能吃到嘴里的：

洋甘菊主要用途
幼兒疾病：如出牙齒時疼痛，易激動的，疼痛症候群
腹瀉
牙齒疼痛
腹絞痛
耳痛
神經或精神
洋甘菊 Chamomille
另：这个药似乎是属于顺势疗法的范畴。虽然对这类治疗方法褒贬不一，但是应该是非常安全的，因为任何有效成分都被大量地稀释了。 |

过类似的东西没缴过税。请加州的tz帮我看一下是哪一样东西要缴税。
