09，10年的时候知道附近的一家医院有charity program，帮助当地的穷人，也帮助穷
学生的家属（包括中国学生家属），让他们可以免费看看小病，虽然大部分时间只是医
学院的实习医生而已。这家医院还可以让家属免费做产检，当然主要还是实习医生。现
在，知道这家医院的charity program已经没有了，不知道是否和obama care有关。
总体来说，obama care确实是保险公司的胜利，在完全不伤筋动骨的情况下，依法扩大
了自己的客户群体，而且这些人还必须买自己的产品，不买的话，obama负责向这些人
罚款，在缴费到保险公司。
除了健康险，车险能不能也有跨州竞争啊？

掉了，而且这个值不一定是试验的
里面的最小值。
根据公式 x=（AGI＋state tax－mortgage－charity－job expense -70,950) * o.26(0
.28 if above 175,000)
if x > tax without AMT (line 44), then hit AMT.
y= x- tax without AMT
AMT=y* ratio;
如果增大charity，x会减少，but tax without AMT 也会减少， y 却有可能增大， 然
后AMT就增大。
所以你要多试验几个值，
不过，你AMT已经很大的话，建议在试也没有用了。 我的是400多，反正给我试出来了。 |

院期间，一定会有人管理你的case，然后他就提到如果收入足够低，医院有charity可
以试着申请。后来我们申请成功，都免掉了。我说的是住院费用，免掉了。每次有医生
来看，要单独付医生的钱。至于医生能不能打折，完全由医生本人决定。
但是不是每个医院都有这种，我觉得应该是公立医院才有，私立没有。所以最好打听清
楚。你这种情况，感觉上不需要住院，也就不知道是否属于减免对象。比如说化疗，是
按每一次看医生，而不是住院，那就要给医生付费。化疗如果属于医院，那我觉得也可
以申请charity。 |
