事情是这样的：
2009年12月去了一趟ER，结果账单非常ridiculous，大概有$2000
目前保险还不知道cover多少
然后打电话问了一个charity care
说是student可以申请financial aid 但是结果不能保证
请问这里有人申请过吗？
什么样的bank statement等比较容易申请成功？

自 2003 年至今，各位朋友通过网上购物对 OCEF 给予了极大的支持，截至目前，OCEF
通过各种与网上购物相关的渠道筹款已累计超过十多万美元。特别是 2007 年来，各位
朋友又通过 Fatwallet Charity Bucks 这一新的渠道继续对 OCEF 给予了热情支持。
该项目已彻底停止，OCEF 共收到两批款项，总额为 $108,144.14。在 "mitbb5" 做的

听说如果有紧急情况，他们可以申请新泽西的emergency medicaid 或是 charity care
, 平时看病也可以到政府补助的free/low cost clinic。
不过这三种好像都需要 低收入 和/或 低资产证明。 请问这里有人帮父母申请过这些
program吗？ 怎么提供国内的资产证明呢？
