今天看到一些关于charity doll的讨论，于是链到这个页面上去：

以前也去过，但走马观花地没有注意过，这才发现上面那些pattern虽然也是Free的，但都
或多或少有限制（比如说用这些纸样做出的娃娃只能捐赠不可出售）。
先前是在一个日本的网站上看到他们的一个project：在全日本范围内收集各种碎布头，处
理过后由专业人士挑选配好颜色，再连同纸样一起寄到应征者手中。这些应征的志愿者们
把布料拼缀成一只小熊之后再寄还给组织者。这样征集来的一千多只小熊，随后分发到世
界各地的贫困儿童手中去。
很有意义的手工。要是能在中国也发起类似的活动就好了。（白日梦一下，我知道这个困
难会很大）
另外是发现这个站里的娃娃有update，本来看纸样只觉一般，如今发现人家做出来真的是
很好看啊~~~~特别那个用袜子给娃娃做毛衣和帽子的想法很不错。

It's that if the donation is used for a specific person, then the donation
is non-deductible, while ACCEF intentionally stated they are, misleadingly.
It doesn't help if OCEF is deliquent. deliquent is different from non-reg in
the 1st place. OCEF also didn't ask for donation that is to be used for a
specific person and claim it is deductible. Third, many charities are either

共和党总统候选人 Fiorina 曾经指控：克林顿基金会只有 6% 的钱是用在慈善事业上
。Fact Check 说这误会是因为他只计算了克林顿基金会拨款给其他慈善机构的金额。
但是柯林顿基金会与其他基金会不同，他们不是个专门发钱的过路财神，而是自己直接
做了很多慈善事业。所以发出去的钱并不多，而自己用掉的才是大宗。所以 6% 的指控
是个误会。
Fact Check 引用了另外一个监督组织 Charity Watch 的审核，该审核认定他们 89%
的钱是用在慈善事业上。
同时 Fact Check 也反驳了福斯新闻主播 Gerri Willis 的指控。Willis 说 Charity

问题成立charity有很多法律税务问题，需要费用。这些费用基本上是固定的。对于成
立1W的charity，成本就太高了。但是对于1M的charity成本几乎忽略不计。这就是
loophole为什么服务富人，而不是中产的原因。
也有中产联合起来成立charity减税的。我就看到不少。
比如有人成立救助狗狗的charity，然后捐钱，实际上是给自己家买狗粮。
有人成立救助非洲饥民的charity，实际上主要是用在去非洲旅游。
有些人亲属生癌必须用贵药的，成立癌症救助charity，然后charity出钱。 |

一个是什么法律管什么事。如果是 charity 的法律，就管的是 charity。如果不是
charity 装作是 charity，这个不归 charity 的法律来管，可能算什么别的欺诈吧。
只有本来就是 charity，但没按规矩来，才归 charity 的法律来管。下一个层面，才
是慈善机构或者任何 business 都会面对的问题，即具体的 solicitation 方法。
如果本来也没说自己是 charity，以某种原因跟别人要钱，这个就归别的法律管吧。比
如有人提到有人假装是有什么病，跟别人要钱，人家虽然给你了，但因为你不是真有病
，所以是算欺诈吧。这种情况下的 solicitation 有什么规矩？是不是可以跟
business 的 solicitation 类比？“托”合不合法？这些。。。你真的要去读法学院
