that's the case. However, it is fairly easy to catch fish on a charter boat
with professional assistance. I am interested in getting together with a few
people to rent a boat for a half day trip either in MD or VA part of the
Cheaspeake bay. Although Summer is not the best season for doing that, you
can still get 2 20 inches long rock fish per person on a trip. The cost is

。当时的合同说
了六个月后会涨价，所以六个月后换了我室友重新开通一个帐号，地址不变。
但是charter没有停止我原先的帐号，而是每月继续从我的卡上收钱。持续好几个月，
直到最近我才
现。
今天我室友打电话去理论，对方态度十分蛮横，一再声称不是他们的错，并且只愿意退
还最近三个月多
收的钱，之前的就不退了。我觉得这无论如何都是说不通的，理论上多收的钱应该全部
退还。
我跟室友在考虑找律师起诉，各位能否给点建议，有把握胜诉么？ |

ppstream是p2p多线程原理，是不是因为router的限制？
有用过ATT Uverse的遇到过类似问题吗？一开pps或者迅雷就断网？
原来用的Charter 5M，够suck了。网络不稳定，然后打电话竟然还要收2快钱一次！维修
要收维修费或者收monthly维修保险。迅雷基本下不了东西。不过开ppstream基本没问题
现在ATT DSL对pps又有问题。
真的不知道什么网可以同时保证pps和迅雷呢？

30mbps at no additional charge. Almost double my original speed without
paying a cent more ... seems like a good deal. Not sure if you have to call
in to have them reset your line but my speed test is showing 42mbps
currently.
Their 59.99 Tier is now 100mbps ... seems like a pretty good deal
considering I used to pay 40$ for 3mbps DSL a few years ago. Not sure how
