Brasil cherry is one of the hardest wood, but regular cherry is so so,
and american cherry is softer than oak.
It's interesting that oak is out of fashion, though I personally
think it's one of the best wood for flooring. There is a reason it was
the most popular wood for cabinets and flooring. |

I like Cherry too, for its rich tone levels. Under lighting,
different areas have different tone, but the transion is smooth
and elegant.
Whenever possible, I would prefer natural color. So Cherry over
Maple Cinnamon.
Stained color has another quality issue to worry about besides
wood itself: stain quality. If stain is not done well, as often
seen in made in China stuff, you will see ugly spotty tones under light.

The Bing and White Rainier Cherries are finally ready at Wolfe Ranch
Cherries.
We are opening the front half of our orchard this week. Come out Tuesday for
some peaceful weekday picking and be the first to pick in our new young
trees. The fruit is big, plentiful and absolutely beautiful.
Our parking lot is in the front for now.

CHERRY我考虑过，硬度差不多，这些木头太阳照了以后都会变色，KOA因为每片
都不一样，所以变多变少，不觉得变化很大。CHERRY太阳照到的地方会很红，
另外CHERRY挺朴素的，没那么惊艳。 |

弱一点点。

1，离patco（进城的地铁）的3个车站都非常近。而且免费停车位充足。
2，离nj transit（去大西洋城、普林斯顿等地的火车）车站也很近。
3，离主要的高速路I-295很近。进而可以很便捷地接到njtp，76，676，42，55，95，
atlantic city expressway等主要高速路。

are self-occupied. Both Cherry Hill High East and West are good. You may
check PATCO's website for the locations of train stations. Large shopping

High)为什么抢房抢得那么厉害。尽管房价看起来没有Cupertino高，可是看看那里卖的
很多房子简直惨不忍睹：离85近，50年代初的经济小破房子，只有一个车库，lot很小
，只有5,6000 sq-ft。最近卖的~1300 sq-ft没有硬伤的房子（除了老点，破点），都
~$900K。这个学区到了middle school还得要上两年私立，这里就要多花$40K after
tax dollars了。Homestead High一直不争气，属于9分学校。只有Cherry Chase
Elementary一直评价不错，并且人种比例挺好。
