放进嘴里，又甜又美味。刚进去的时候，我有好几分钟都没反应过来：如此的快乐怎么
可以如此简单
的得到？让人难以置信。
我以前在NJ去过几次Chrry Picking，但没这么爽过。
Cherry Picking 好像才开始，希望不会被人几天就摘光。他们接下来几个月还有杏子
，桃子，
梨，苹果。有同学有兴趣的话我下次去之前会招呼一声。

There is a rental complext across the street of Rout 70 on the north side,
the single family there, if you buy are around 300K-400K, but they are old
houses. The H-Mart and Chinese super market are all within 1 mile from the
school, H-Mart is on route 70 west, before I295 exit, and chinese market is
onn 70 East, after I295 exit. The cherry hill mall is in 5 miles range, Tang

1，娃。如果有上中学的娃，还是cherry hill吧。没娃、娃小、娃大（已经上大学）都
不用过分考虑学区。
2，你单位是否给你提供免费车位？是，那么但从交通费用考虑，KOP划算。但你要承受
76上下班高峰的堵车。不是，那还是住NJ。毕竟patco方便快捷。当然，还要看你单位
离车站远不远。
3，所得税。住kop，需要交费城和宾州双重税。住nj，可以用费城税抵掉新州州税。
4，交通。新州交通更加便捷。去nyc，dc等都比较省事。
5，地税。如果你只考虑townhouse这个档次的，地税应该在4000多块之内。
6，汽油。新州便宜不少。
7，房子。cherry hill是一个老镇。几乎没有空地盖新房。不要说10年，就连20年都算
比较新的。
8，其他地区。kop我不熟。只说nj这边。如果不考虑学区，south jersey这边倒是有不
少新开发不久的房产。虽然学区不行，但治安等还不错。有很多当初要价50万的大房子
，现在已经降到三四十万。是个入手的好时机。 |

Stocklemeir严重overflow。很多课室都用集装箱代替了，冬冷夏热的。学校设施糟糕
。相比之下，Cherry Chase设施就好很多，还新建了一个礼堂。 |

在夏威夷超市看到一袋袋堆在一起的cherry，不禁馋了。
第一次品尝新鲜的樱桃还是九八、九九年在西安出差的时候。在街头遇见卖樱桃的小贩，
那筐里的樱桃，只比珍珠略大，可红得真漂亮，亮晶晶的，像一颗颗红宝石，那一根细长
的柄，倍添它的小巧可爱。价格好像10块钱1斤，不便宜，但忍不住买了尝鲜解馋。那滋
味
真正甘甜，那果肉真正细嫩。
后来在上海也买过一些，但真正品相好、新鲜的甚是少见，抑或价格离谱。樱桃的滋味渐
成回忆。
而这眼前的美国樱桃，个个大如龙眼，形态完美，闪耀着好看的深红色。大概在南加州实
在不算什么稀罕货，一袋一袋高高地堆起，像在甩卖。每袋差不多1磅左右，价格也不能
算
便宜，差不多25块人民币1斤，但如果按美国的消费标准，那就和中国人买桃子差不多了
。
第三次在超市里看到时，终于忍不住买了一袋回来。质量真是没得说，个个光洁无痕，饱
满匀称。稍微洗了一下，就猴急地扔进嘴里，期待那“终极水果”的甘甜滋味。咦？怎么
