以上的一大把，加上公司100% match 6-12% 401k， 公司服务到退休有一次性上百万的
pension，还有一周工作四天一周工作五天，每年5周vacation，加州风景再美，这些能
比吗？

首先大多数车用好油 mpg 高一些，具体多少，可以看网上讨论
大家关心的其实不是 mile per gallon , 其实是 mile per dollar!
你要算一算可能发现加 87和加 93号油的 mile per dollar 一样
如果 mile per dollar 一样， 为何不加好油呢？ 对发动机有很大好处
这个一般来说油价越高越应该加好油， 因为不同油的价差绝对值是固定的，也就是油
价越高， 相对差别越小，这样加好油就越合算

然后去safeway买master GC 100一张的, 送人用，每买一张出了10块catelina 白条。
（不知道是否可以一单买多张，比如买3张100块的master GC, 拿3张10块白条）
再去costco 买西瓜，顺便把naturemade 的7 dollar check 用掉。
唯一不顺的是去costco 附近的lowe's 逛逛，但是找不到chevron的油卡。也没有看到
prepaid visa. 看来freedom本季度消费5％有难度。
因为safeway积攒的油点是只能在附近的chevron加油。需要chevron的油卡配合。
所以问一下，safeway 买chevron油卡，是否可以积攒油点？ 可以积攒4倍吗？
提醒一下，safeway 隔壁的rite aid， 有的餐具有75％off, 我买了5毛钱一个的的碗
和碟子。质量很好，也好漂亮，分量比较重。
现在回家了，晚上准备吃safeway的烤排骨。

rose 2.8% in the fourth quarter, faster than last quarter's 1.8% growth.
However, 2.8% was below analyst's expectations of 3% growth. The market didn
't take to the news very kindly and opened down.
Earnings also played a role in the Dow's decline. Adding to the downward
trend was Chevron (NYSE: CVX ) which reported earnings before the market

金融危机后，美国主要靠互联网和石油两个产业支撑经济，等待服务业复苏。如果互联
网和石油不行了，就是美国下一个经济危机的开始。
美国的石油行业这几年快速发展主要是有页岩油页岩气的开发。无论油公司，油服公司
，设备及工程服务公司都大规模扩招。学石油相关专业的美国人，外国人也都指数增长。
因为油价高公司效益好，工资也水涨船高，每年涨个7-10%很普通，分红拿到100%工资
额的也不少见，但这个就和中国GDP一样，不可能维持下去。
大型油公司：
博士毕业入职能到110k-130k，根据之前实习和工作经验。
硕士毕业能去油公司的很少了,进去的话能到110k。
不是硕士生不够要求，而是这几年学石油的人多了，石油相关专业的博士已经泛滥，美
国人的本科硕士随便挑。这个情况和07-08年之前完全不一样。
休大都要开售石油工程博士学位了。
