样，chicken pox不是大病，得一次终生免疫。疫苗时间太短，现在并不能证明是终生
免疫，将来老了还可能要打booster shot。
后来我做了一下研究，发现我的想法是错的。
(disclaimer，我的研究是根据主流的观点，阴谋论的同学表来跟我废话，你不信就不
信好了）
所谓chicken pox终生免疫，是指一个人一辈子只有感染一次这种病毒的可能。得过一
次以后，以后再碰到别人得你也是百度不侵了。可是这个病毒会潜伏在你的神经系统里
一辈子。大多数情况下不会发作，少数情况比如身体不好，有可能会再发作，这就是
shingles，带状疱疹。
没有抵抗力的成人被chicken pox病毒传染，也会得带状疱疹。
chicken pox疫苗的机理是用弱病毒做的，所以等同于让你不生病的感染一次（当然有
极少数的人会真的得chicken pox）。这个病毒，理论上也会潜伏在你的神经系统，但
是它发作出带状疱疹的可能性要低得多。

用料：alfredo sauce, chicken breast, fettuccine, basil leave pieces,
parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, milk, bacon, garlic, olive oil, mushroom,
tomato or broccoli (if available)
鸡肉化冻，用alfredo sauce+盐+basil leave+parmesan cheese+pepper+水调成酱，淋
在鸡肉上，烤炉温度425，40分钟，20分钟后翻身，再淋一遍汁。
烤鸡肉同时，坐锅烤bacon,不用油,bacon自己下很多油，出油后把蘑菇罐头（鲜蘑菇更
好），大蒜（拍碎），和西红柿或者绿花菜（如果有，切小块）一起炒，中火就好。
炒bacon同时也要煮意面，放点橄榄油和盐煮的效果更加，直到al dente
一切就绪后，4分火烧热alfredo sauce + milk + parmesan cheese.
