差3个月三岁的女儿，有不少头疼的表现：
1.要什么都是哭着要；没有立即满足就真的开始哭，流眼泪；
2.每天下午从daycare接回家，请她去洗手吃饭都要费很大力气，讲一箩筐好话。吃了
一点饭，就说要睡觉，不要吃了。一让她下桌子，就开始玩，一点都不睡。为了吃饭和
洗手的事情，timeout不少次，效果不是很好。
3.干什么都要“我自己”来。稍不如意，就呜呜的哼。
这些现象每天都发生很多次。很头疼。我的对策，暂时以哄为主，不过分的要求就顺着
，过分的说服不了就不理，任她哭。一个星期timeout ～2-3次。
大家有什么好的管教经验可以分享吗？ |

等咯
2. 请洗手（必须的），吃多少孩子说了算，孩子吃得太少，那就自己吃了之后娘再给
喂些。睡觉有个比较一致的时间和睡前routine
3. 允许“我自己”来，多好，孩子渴望独立，应该鼓励啊。凡事多给点buffer time，
允许孩子自己搞不好搞多次；如果赶时间，尽量事前讲好，孩子自己来，到什么时间或
者程度，妈妈来，以后还有的是机会再来再练么
要不你慢慢教孩子用语言来表达自己的情绪和不如意？慢慢让孩子懂得哭闹是没有用的
？就是给孩子很多很多的机会学习自我情绪调整 对应自己的挫折感？
我个人的体会，大人越急越想要短期效果，孩子越容易感到frustrated
要不，你去古古教育strong willed children的书看看？ |
