肯定好所以就选了PPO.今天仔细比较了二者，发现很多情况下普通的反而copay少。比
如X-ray, 普通的自己一分钱不用付，PPO反而自己付15%. CT, 普通的自己付100，PPO
要付100+15%.等等。这么看来似乎一般providence choice plan更好更便宜啊，尤其我
现在的doctor好像2个plan都可以。很糊涂，可有高人给指点一下到底二者哪个好？从
省钱角度看，有点想换plan了。 |

better if you play 3/5th). The reason is that partner may need to know the
club count. Later when partner gets in with a slow club trick, he can decide
to cash one more club or to shift to diamonds. CQ doesn't really achieve
much, since a competent declarer can always duck it if need to. In fact if
dummy has CA and declarer ducks, partner may not know to overtake with CK

Found two locally:
1. Beretta AL391 Urika Gold Sporting with silver receiver, 12ga, 30"
for $850, probably built in 2003 or later, a few hundreds rounds count.
2. Franchi Raptor 712 semi auto, 12ga 30" ported barrel...with a few
hundreds rounds, imported around 2005 or later by Beretta..for $700
Both are in good condition, the Franchi looks nicer just by the look...

de anza 也没有违犯规则，悲愤是一回事，解决问题是另一回事。
俺建议搞次 winner`s choice的小组赛规则，也许紫荆杯上可以一用。
总的原则
只适用与于小组赛
winner有权利选择把和对手队的比分互换。
比赛分数分为实际分和选择分
小组比赛正常进行，所记录分数为实际分。
在小组比赛进行完后，所有小组的所有队在一个小黑屋里决定选择分，注意是同时。只
有实际分胜出的队才有权利作出选择。
然后根据选择分的头两名进入下一轮。
这样比进入下一轮随便抽签更合理。因为我要是在小组里玩猫腻，有的对队连进入下一
轮的机会都没有。
当然大循环，双循环，胜负组，也算可以，但是需要浪费很多时间。
俺这赛制应该兼顾了公平和效率吧。
以前好像没听说世界上有如此赛法吧。如此的话，做个加州第一，美国第一，甚至世界
第一，多爽啊。 |
