因为我正好有一个Citibank帐号,第一个email自称他
是Citibank的,说Citibank改了他们的Terms & Conditions,
要我去签名,他妈的我稀里糊涂签了名,后来一想不对,
仔细再看了一眼email,发现发信人用Cross Site Scripting
这种东西,虽然这个连接看上去是Citibank的,点了以后才
发现不是Citibank的,这个连接全部是16进制数,所以你不仔细看
还真不知道是哪里的,他妈的我老人家也自称超级高手,居然一
不留神被人用CSS骗了.
话说回来,那个连接做得他妈的跟Citibank一摸一样,我用
DNS数据库跟踪发现这个地方属于深圳华南证券,他妈的中国
都出这种下三烂.
我当时想只是让他们知道名字,也没什么了不起的,结果隔了
几天又来email了,这次说citibank有私人消息发给我,让我
去看,他妈的这个站点又做得跟citibank一摸一样,哈哈哈...
我老人家这次再也不会上当了,想想啊..要是我一不小心把自己
的用户名密码拿出来去登陆他们的假网站,我的钱肯定 |

agreement,怎么也看不出那个supervisor跟我解释的那层意思.agreement是他们制定的,
如果双方有理解差异,那应该用common sense来解释.
事实上我打电话和多个citibank的customer serivce representive谈过,他们都解释不了
.还是supervisor水平高,在我的反复追问下想出了bank error和fraud区别对待的说法.
我不知道这是这个supervisor灵机一动自己想出来的,还是citibank的既定政策.我无法求
证,因为我无法与supervisor的supervisor谈.
很多人说citibank是个好银行,那就看看我的经历吧.
1. 我是新开帐户,到发生问题不到一个月.
2. 没有用过这个帐户的支票,在citibank ATM以外没有用过ATM卡,没有在citibank 网站
以外的网络上透露过账号信息.
3. ATM卡和PIN保管良好,未丢失或借人

些点让人给credit out了。。。LZ要是真的和citibank打官司，也未必输，毕竟最后付
清款了，citibank并无实际损失，但LZ的账号被关却有经济损失。要是能找到肯干的律
师，说不定还是值得一告的。。。注意法官并不会完全按citibank的C&T来判，毕竟它
属于citibank自己制定的，而消费者只有服从而无协商的能力。打官司法官会偏向消费
者的。。。

CitiBank 按理说应该算大银行了。但感觉不太靠谱。
以前用它家的信用卡，网页老出错。给客服打电话也通常是一问三不知。后来把它家的
信用卡全关掉，只留一个 Costco 卡。
年初的时候，CitiBank 搞 promo，说五万块存checking account 60天有五百块奖励。
大家知道 checking account 没什么利息。但想两个月有1%的 return，那相当于年化
率 6%，而且没什么风险。于是就和 LD 各自开了一个 account（都是 citizen）。
由于 CitiBank 在本地没有分行，是在网上开的（从 promotion 的页面点进去）。开
了以后，添加了 external bank account 以方便转账。CitiBank 还往 external
account 存了一毛几分，以作验证（证明你是 external account holder）。
等了几天，通过验证后，就转五万过去。但过了好几天都没反应。后来CitiBank人工打

坏处：citibank只在大城市有，而且branch也不多

statement上如果显示出钱是从新加坡的Citibank账户转来的，lender就会要求提供这
两个银行账户的statement。这样的话这两个银行上的超过$1,000的存款都要解释来源
，会麻烦一些。如果你早点儿转了，等到下一个月，你美国Citibank账户的statement
上就不会显示这一转账了，那样就不用提供新加坡账户的statement了。
总之，这样的转账，没有问题，只是越早越好，省得到时候需要同时提供这两个银行账

注意事项：

citibank和citigold任选一种package都可以。我主要想拿bonus，当然选的门槛低的
citibank package。
点击网上申请不了，说要打电话，昨天电话申请的。得知拿bonus的条件跟网上列的有
少许出入。就是要开卡存15000进去放30天，之后的90天账户里面需要至少保持10000可
以免月费.这样在总共120天之后可以拿到$400.我觉得还是不错的，很不喜欢需要DD的
bonus。。。
另外，电话开户的时候不需要存钱，也没有这一步。是mail收到welcome package之后
自己网上设定再存钱进去。 |
