车平时不怎么开，趴在家门外，下班回家才发现铲雪车司机给留的条说明情况，人家留
了张claim agaist the city of new york automobile property damage,要我填。
请问找谁去做inspect and apraise？
必须要叫警察吗？
notary找谁去做？
另外我的车没有collision保险，只有liabilities的

发帖数: 256 | 8 以前是在Shelter，也还挺便宜。上次买保险的时候搜索所有的保险公司，发现它最便宜
，所以就买了试一试。
所有的购买手续都可以在网上完成，信用卡支付，在保险未过期前，可以更改Policy，需
要补足或退给你的钱，都从信用卡出（呵呵，还能拿点CC的Rebate）。基本上每个州的保
险他都做。
(1) Claim 1
2002.11月的时候被别人撞了一下，本来想对方会赔我，结果最后落得一场空，所以12月
中左右联系GMAC让他赔我，因为我是全保，250 Deductible.
保险公司很快联络我，让我寄Estimation，挑了两张最贵的，呵呵，也才$680。几天后，
电话问我，以哪张为准，当然告诉他最贵的。很快答应寄支票，并且告诉我要修车，可以
使用我的租车保险，每天25，当然我也没打算修，这钱也没用。
可是支票寄到，发现只有290，再打个电话追问，发现它用我的estimation找另外的Body
Shop审核，核掉我140，呜呜。
总的来说，我还是满意的，寄支票的速度很快，给的钱也还算在我的容忍范围内。并且也
不要我的事故报告，因为我压根没报告警察。（我的一个失误）

好吧表格先复印，也把照片什么的都留下来。越多证据对你越好。如果可以的话，打电
话请警察写个police report。他们会把damage的部分都写在report上。你如果不知道
要打哪个电话，google一下你区的police precinct。
