发帖数: 361 | 1 本版开版已有时日，但似乎效果不是太好。原因是在浩大的一个BBS整理
出一期比较全面丰富的文摘的周期很长，所以还是有大量的好文章被湮没。
而且各个版水浪滔天，虽然极大地满足了许多人娱乐休闲的要求，但也
有很多人怨声载道，叫苦不迭，说每进一个版都只是水，而看不到什么
好文章。
bluewater曾经在sysop建议过建立一个严肃非灌水版。我想，这是一个
很好的建议。而与此同时，我觉得collection版本身仍然可以有很多
文章可做。
由于本BBS是版主负责制，版主对版上的文章最了解。这BBS开了一年
半，相信如果把版面上和精华区里的好文章收集起来，由版主做成
一个文摘，相信一定很精彩。
初步构想如下。各个版的版主可以自愿收集版内文章 (牵涉到版权
问题么？如果转载来转载去？ //kidding), 加以总名或分类小标题。
编成一集后发到collection版进行粗校对 (因为细校对似乎实在没有
人力)，然后由collection版主寄给站长，这个时候由于万事具备，
站长需要做的仅仅是搬移到www界面上而已，很方便，也为广大读者
了解各个版提供了更好的窗口。

ID重来，干点正经事。
我想强调一点的是建一个严肃性非灌水版是非常有必要的。它的很多功能是
collection无法取代的：
其一，它可以创造一个很好的讨论环境，相信目前salon版的样子决非look所乐见；
其二，如果look去过中科大BBS茶馆这样一类的地方，自然就能明白一个“精品环
境”能创造出一个什么样的效果，能激发出多少创造力，我去过大概有二十
几次，印象很深至今难忘。
其三，BBS上的人是流动的，有来有去。我在bluewater的建议中提到的循环式经典
怀旧，让很多老文章都重放光彩。人是很懒的，很多东西不用盘子端到面前
都不愿理会。试问一句：有多少新人认真看过collection里的文章？我曾查
过collection的每日访问次数与时间，可以说那个数字很可怜！
其四，这个版能轻而易举地能解决很多问题，如现在Chinanews上的“晚报”与
“重要新闻”之争，只要在这个版增加一项“今日要闻”就能完全解决这个

今年初去医院,没看到医生,我给了我的INSURANCE INFORMATION后护士告诉我说我有
INSURANCE,没必要来这家医院和拿MEDICARE的人混一起.
后来他们给我一张$100的BILL.还送去了COLLECTION AGENT. 我的INSURANCE COPAY是$
25. 我再给他们我的INSURANCE INFO的时候他们说已经到我的CREDIT REPORT上了．
我以前几百块不应该付的钱都付了，就是要CREDIT REPORT干净，现在这＄100弄上去了
真冤．
有什么办法拿掉那一项么？因为很可能最近要用到CREDIT. |

何况信用又是很明显而关键的问题。如果是refi，还是有时间的，不如推迟closing，
