FCC诉讼分两种，informal and formal。我发的和网上教大家发的是informal
complaint，处理的部门为Consumer & Governmental Affairs Bureau Consumer
Inquiries & Complaints Division。这个部门只做技术上的回复，即我们所收到的回
信，称为form letter。真正有律师参与评估的部门在DC,必须发formal complaint才会
有他们参与进来。Formal complaint需在收到FCC对informal complaint回信的六个月

有两evil buyer买了我sam's club 进的Gopro Hero 4 silver Bundle. 然后给Amazon
提交A-to-Z claim, 说它们不是Authentic. 我估计这两买家就是一人或一个团体,间隔
几天买的, 寄Miami的不同地址, 但claim的时间前后不差一小时. review之后, Amazon
作出决定: "We have found no reason to believe that you are responsible for
this claim. We have issued a refund to the buyer, but we will not debit your
account for that refund", 也就是他们认定我没有错.

说事没必要。 Apple至少与20多家公司打过官司；原告和被告都有的。 我最大的
Concern 是Apple以其巨大的财力，通过官司手段，在手机领域里消灭竞争和垄断市场
。通过封闭系统，在市场上绑架用户，不断地高利润的炸干用户的钱包。 HTC 官司后
几乎再也没有能力和APPLE 竞争。Nokia和Rimm 几乎已经垮台。唯有开源的 Android
阵营。 开源与封闭的斗争在我看来如同公益与自私，正义与邪恶的斗争。开源则是鼓
励中小企业，弱者参与竞争；封闭的 Apple 是把同行业的公司都挤垮，独食而肥；
Apple 手段是到处Claim 专利，到处打官司。因此对专利的lang用，对消灭竞争的判决
要非常小心。既然对专利的合理性有质疑，那么专利的费用上就该打折扣，如果Apple

提到了Students for Fair Admission filed的起诉书，而且明确引用了里面的数据。
这怎么叫抄袭？再说你怎么知道亚裔组织没有得到Students for Fair Admission的授
权呢？
“根本没提王同学的事。而王同学的事例，其实是现有情况下最应该纳入 complaint
的证据列表里面的东东，因为那是实打实的数据和人，比泛泛一提华裔申请人，有说服
力的多。” 你又要被打脸，complaint第15页白纸黑字提到王同学的名字和他以前自己
file的complaint。他具体的数据已经在那个complaint里面了，教育部已经有了。
再说，前面为人父母版不还有人指责说干吗据各例而不是引用统计数字？当然那个人自
己后来也承认自己根本没有看complaint。所以说动动嘴皮子容易，真花点时间读一读
别人写出来的东西，就难了，不管别人写了什么，反正就往反面批判就可以了。

being arrested at Mineta San Jose International Airport two days earlier.
Xiaolang Zhang was a hardware engineer on Apple's autonomous vehicle
