OPT一边工作一边博士答辩。
刚问了学校IC的人怎么申请pre-completion OPT，结果答复是不管是不是最后一个学期
，只能part-time 20hrs，我把USCIS guidance 1004-03相关条款说可以full-time pre
-completion OPT给她看，她说不确定，要等IC开会讨论。
想问问版上牛人们有没有类似经验，是不是如果学校说不行就一定不行了。谢谢大家了

发帖数: 416 | 2 CPT rules are largely school dependent. DSO of your school has sole
authority on issuing it inside ICE rules.
OPT is fully regulated by ICE and school has no authority in issuing or
denying it at all. According to ICE, pre-completion has to be part-time (20
hours) while school is in session. Thus you can only do full-time pre-
completion OPT when you are legally not registered in any class that
semester which means only summer in most schools.

刚刚打电话给学校的ISSO，工作人员建议我申请12个月pre-completion OPT (09/01/
2014-08/31/2015 --- 我现在的I-20上写的就是08／31／2015毕业)。 据他们说如果我
今年底毕业，我可以继续使用USCIS就这个PRE－completion OPT批准的一年的working
authorization，不会有任何影响。。。
想跟版上有相似经历或者相关经验的人求证一下。谢谢！ |

申请过Pre-Completion OPT，拿到卡了。请问现在申请Post-Completion OPT时I-765是
选 "Permission to accept employment" or "Renewal of my permission to accept
employment"? 看instruction说Renewal EAD是指相同Category啊。
请有类似经验的解答，多谢！！！
另外，I-765的第十项用A-Number还是I-94 Number，还是无所谓。 |

recovery in SQL server. Without proper backup tail-log before restore/
recover, no matter how often you do transaction log backup, you can not do a
COMPLETE recovery. Isn't that true?
In Oracle, when we do complete recovery, we don't need the extra step of
backup the active log ( i.e. online redo log in Oracle).
