two problems with carbon fiber as of now. one, it's not scratch resistant.
while ti and steel will deform before they break, carbon fiber will break in
a more violent manner once a stress riser is created. two, it doesn't take
compression load nearly as well as tensile load. mavic's carbon spokes on
their top end wheels were just the latest victims. |

Q: Steve, I'm addressing this to you due to your power/skill in the pistol
department. Since I've started squatting and doing pistols, I've noticed a
very strong neural link develop between the heels and the glutes/lower back.
When I step down with a heel I can feel raw, springy power shooting up that
leg. I suppose this is what I meant when I said that good squatting
develops overall athleticism.

swiss ball may have cushion, but it adds too much instability, the spine has

你起杆结束的姿势里杆子太低了，要再举高一点。
练weight shift，我可以推荐3个drill，都是最基本的练习。
第一个就是两脚并拢，摆好姿势，先不要球，half swing，back and forth，100次。
然后放球打，打完脚不能动，可以帮助你体会重心的移动。
第二个就是正式的half swing，个人觉得是练习和体会重心移动的神练习。
第三个是我从youtube上看来的，我觉得挺有意思的。
就是击球的时候后面的脚踩一个wedge，预备姿势的时候，杆子被踩起来指向右边。你
一转身右脚一抬，那个wedge就掉下来了。你需要确保在杆子打到球之前让sand wedge
掉下来。

枪DIE都不太好，虽然便宜。例外重要的是SHOULDER到弹底的尺寸，而不是SHOULDER到
壳口的尺寸。还有就是2。622的全长好像有点小。我以前都是用2。8左右的全长。另外
要注意不要COMPRESSED LOAD，COMPRESS的火药有可能把SHOULDER挤变形的。我曾经遇
上过这么一发，但一下找不到以前的照片了。 |

BTW, I remember there is one incident happened to me once. Since your load
is close to the maximum, with 175GR bullet, you may compress the powder to
the case. It happened to me once that the pressure from compressed load is

压得再小
重量是没有减少的

先说一下结果：
60K, 37.2mile, total time: 6:34:13
Garmin 记录的距离: 38.02 miles
基本上完成目标：完成比赛，7小时之前。
周六的比赛，早上8点开始。我和serendip一起到NYRR取了号，和oAmAo在起点顺利汇合
。Serendip计划开始的26 mile, push自己，当做marathon跑，看看自己现在状态，剩
下的路程看状态。作为新人的我，很幸运，能和oAmAo一起跑。oAmAo很体贴的制定一个
适合我的作战方案。我们计划前3圈10:15的pace, 中间3圈9:45的pace, 最后3圈看自己
的感觉，状态好的话冲一下9:30。其中每一圈为4 mile。
Serendip在跑前，特意提醒我们，跑的时候，要注意找切线跑。Central park的路线，
很多地方都有那种8字形的路，所以尽量不要沿着公路上的白线跑，而是找准最近距离

及大量的资料查阅让我对ITBS这个东西有了比较深刻的认识。现在虽然不能说恢复到
100%，但总之是向着好的方向发展，所以在这里记录一些琐碎繁杂，甚至是一些可能毫
无科学根据的说辞，以备后事之师，并顺便向板上ITBS的元老级功臣诸如小龙，tony，
野猪哥等致敬。。
** 致病因素 **
1. 大家都知道的跑姿，鞋子啥的我就不在这多说了，大家去看RW吧。这两个问题我都
没有，至今也不知道是为何ITBS的。特别说一点关于跑姿中，腰线下沉的诊断方法：找
个跑步机，把t-shirt别在裤腰里，让其他人或者用拍摄的手法从后面观察裤腰上缘的
线是否一直水平。一般如果有drop的话，则会非常明显的看出来。
2. pp肌肉力量。尤其是pp外侧的肌肉啊，瘦子tx们当心了，pp上的肌肉要注意练啊。
3. 气温因素。有research论证说天气寒冷时ITBS几率比较大。有PT说冬天天气冷，热
身不足或者穿的不多的时候容易动作变形，时间长了就ITBS了

其是膝盖和itb交叉的那个点。那个itb wrap，同样也是用compression 固定itb，但由
于固定的位置不同，效果反而有利于预防itb。自从用了那个wrap，我itb就在也没出过
问题（一个月了。。）

getting married). To me xc-ski is very close to running.
I wore wool long socks, xc-ski shoes (heavier and much warmer
than running shoes), compressed shorts and shirts as base layer.
Swix xc-ski fitted pants (not compressed nor tight), not very
thick because I would feel too hot otherwise, a thin wool vest,
a thin polyester coat (wind blocker), and a wool hat. Oh, also
a pair of thin Swix xc-ski gloves.
