For hot days when I do not want an extra
layer, I use BodyGlide, same as wuyan
showed upstairs. I also use it under my
arms and on my feet, if distance is long.
The micro-fiber shorts are generally thin and
soft. The shorts should fit, should not be
too baggy to allow skins of the two legs to
touch directly.
Other compression short are also OK. For winter,
I use heavier compression shorts, not for
anti-chafing, but for warmth:) |

上身的话，需要一件防风的运动外套，我觉得不能省钱，得买个好的，我的外套还有个
帽子，也是防风防雨的，下雨带着。
冬天我根据温度不同，里面穿一个跑步坎肩、短袖或者长袖，外面穿防风防雨运动外套。
下身穿一个保温的压缩裤子，觉得太有碍观瞻，外面套一个跑步短裤。
裤子的话，买个保温的压缩裤比普通裤子好，因为普通裤子不防风，保温效果也不好。
而且压缩裤，比较贴身，风阻小，还能保护关节，促进血液回流，减轻疲劳。
温度再低就带一个head band，耳朵得注意保温，特别是湖边风大的时候，wind chill
体感温度很低。
这样的话，温度只要不是华氏single digit 我都去lake front trail路跑。

上次报过5千，说过，年初开始跑。周mileages一段时间到过40，后来一般也就30多.因
为我平时跑步时间也就45分钟，还包括热身。大部分是在机器上跑。周末有时在外面跑
，也是那种打酱油的低心率跑，断断续续，因为没有一条路能连着让我跑13 miles.所
以平时训练没有真二八经连续跑过13mile。周2去跑步机测了一下1万米，连热身在内，
不到47分钟。周3，4，5休息。因为从以前跑步经历知道,第7-9 mile一定抽筋。所以带
了Salty sticks, 2个gels (第一次) ，compression socks (第一次穿)。然后自己手里
拿了一瓶嘉的乐。
因为找不到地方，到跑步前15分钟才到，没有时间热身。 第3 mile吃了一个salty
stick,第5 mile吃了一个gel，第8mile把嘉得乐扔了，嫌麻烦.第9miles没多久就感觉
噩梦开始了，觉得腿开始有点抽，但是没水，然后硬是把第二个salty stick用口水吞

可以顶住了。
recovery用的，要紧不少，是compression tights，基本上咬牙切齿的把自己塞进去，
睡了一半，给挤得难受斗争是起来脱了，还是忍了继续睡。数据帝推荐过zoot的CRX
compression tights用做恢复。
我有Saucony Men's Amp Pro2 Tights，号称有助于恢复，谁知道啊，但是超薄的，和
女人丝袜一样。 |

Edit:最后8天一结算，1月4号晚上截止报25-1号的里程。
不要局限照片了，有log贴log，没有的，报个里程，一样给包子，大过年的，不要这么
拘谨于条文了。 我准备8天跑完，把跑个头summary一贴完事，领包子。
大家自己累计里程，每天几迈，最后8天一共几迈，我按大家报的发就完事了。跑步的
都很务实，都是一个脚在另一个脚之前，一步一步跑出来的。

好。后来考古版上，对比了半天进了Compression Recovery Tights，按照对照表选的S
号，呵呵，真的很小。而且裆部很不舒服。但是有效。昨天湿度不高，于是跑了10-
mile，8分带一点点的Pace。晚上回来穿压缩裤睡觉，第二天觉得感觉不错，于是Push
了自己一下，10-mile，7分50的Pace跑下来了，感觉很好，没有很难受或者筋疲力尽。
压缩裤还是有恢复功效的，虽然穿起来感觉不好，这个钱花的值。我在Amazon买的2XU
的，80刀，现在还便宜几刀了。 |

去年穿了两次，今年穿了一次，去湖里游泳
175cm 166lbs，买了M号，穿上去费劲，特别是脚和腿，拉不上去使劲拉
是不是wetsuit都和compression一样那么紧才对，脖子上也是累住的，和穿
compression运动衣一样紧。

。关于regular ball vs. low compression ball, USTA section 之间也不一样。low
compression ball 也是刚开始推广没几年，所以如果你们的section 里没有强迫用，
教练往往也不接受，毕竟他们没有经验。不过因人而异，有些小孩strong 一些，也可
以直接handle regular ball. 如果从头学的regular ball, 一般也不愿换。不过USTA
现在的趋势是大力推广orange ball. 所以10岁以下会有越来越多的比赛用orange ball. |

But in VCD standard, the resolution and bitrate is low and the compression
scheme is less powerful. So the quality is not good. Then a number of Chinese
factory developed the SVCD, which use MPEG2 compression and be able to store a
movie in one cd. Also SVCD allows higher resolution (whereas VCD is only
320x200).

我的录音其实很basic的。 noise removal + compression + reverb. 觉得 noise
removal 比较重要。 compression 是用的 default, 不会调。 reverb 就是基本的
vocal. 另外我用的是 audacity, 不是 cooledit. 觉得这个免费小软件其实挺好用
的。 再有就是话筒也很有差别，这方面班上的天天MM和版大好像都专门介绍过。
这个版上其实有很多后期大牛的，比如张三大哥。 MM可以向他们请教一下。 MM唱得这
么好，是应该用后期锦上添花一下。 |

通常为了伴奏和人声更好的融合，
会把伴奏或者人声的音量根据个人习惯进行调整
最近我喜欢用compressor这个东东。。
就是我唱完的干声，先用一次compressor，然后开始加混响效果
加完混响效果后，可以再compress一次；
然后再加reverb什么的，再compress一次。。
也就是多次使用这个东东，可以首先降低人声的整体音量，
并且永远保持比较均衡的状态。。 |

有一个细节，810的时候，那个sraw的文件，跟那个12BIT compressed的差不多大。那
当然意义就不大了。
850上，sRaw, mRaw文件小很多。说明实现的算法有区别，而且能够实质上省很多空间。
期待更多评测。如果sRaw能保留足够的dr，那850不光是风光打鸟全能，连到此一游都
包了。简直就是，一机在手，江山我有啊！ |

compressed差不多（确实脑残设计，可能是当时cpu处理能力不够。）
850的是12-bit Lossless compressed。 |
