keep confidences if the information I receive from anyone (friend or not) is
of a private nature, even if no request for confidentiality is made.
This is particularly so if inadvertent exposure of such information could

Bear Mountain 50 Miles. It was a very last minute decision inspired by Pen

丈母娘丈母爷的矛盾；结果这两天一看，又是夫妻之间甚至家长和小孩儿之间的。。。
琢磨着婚姻可能不是一个一定美好的东西，而是一个壳子。里头是心里美还是赛蜜糖还
是苦砒霜都要看两个人的共同付出，甚至双方的家人。
若是自己连中学生守则，甚至小学生守则都做不到。那又要怎么言传身教地去当个好家
长，甚至是能带出遵守那些守则的好孩子的家长呢？
工作讲究有个技能列表，这样才能为雇主创造价值。
家庭的话，感觉也有一些事情需要掌握，才能保证以后能为家庭创造价值嘛~``
可是这个，学校不说爹妈也不教，朋友之间可能还喜欢攀比什么的。结果本来通过社会
洗礼、自我反省和不断改进后可以掌握多种技能创造美好生活的同学们，跳级成家，发
现麻烦比想象得要多啊~``

从belief到confidence再到不停加强循环的过程
迷信就是不可靠的belief,就是一种盲目的信仰，就是从来不求证就去信
所以，我选择前者
我觉得只要选择信仰佛教，成为佛教徒，不知道是不是以皈依为标准
那么信佛就是一项伴随一生的工作了，信就已经转化成belief了
也就是你愿意付出以后的一生去求证自己的belief
这个版面，皈依有几个？大部分还是在有可靠的belief之前徘徊吧
所以这个时候confidence更重要
如果别人说你的belief不对，你就开始怀疑，那个还叫belief吗？
建立confidence需要自己去实践的，看书也好，直接去打坐也好，那是自己选择的方式
，但是重在去 证，过程里面会逐渐建立belief
宗教本来就是个人选择，个人感受，我们应该问的是，等我们死了会不会觉得自己相信
的正确，前提是我们可以回头看看，也能稍微向前看看在死了以后

我自三岁患上慢性关节炎，带来的问题之一是所有需要手指小关节灵活性的活儿我都做
不好，例如写字、针线活等。几十岁的人，写出的字比小学生的还难看。不要说间架结
构，就连基本的横平竖直都做不到。小时候语文考试的作文，我常常因为字迹不工整失
分。如果按照“字如其人”的标准，或者让笔迹学家依我的笔迹分析性格，我恐怕就一
无是处了。幸好电脑时代让我轻松不少，基本不用手写字了，大多时候只需要签名时动
下手。即便是小小的签名，对我也是不小的困扰。就算是签购物单据这件小事，我也能
明显感觉到，签名时内心的虚弱和自卑，虽然还不能上升到签名恐惧症的程度，但也去
之不远。我自己很相信字如其人的古训，正因为如此，我才深怕别人用同样的标准来衡
量我，特别是当彼此并不熟悉，不能客观全面地认识一个人的时候。我希望能解决问题

发帖数: 511 | 40 感觉未名的这个首页啊，有阵子吧，媳妇啊婆婆啊什么的矛盾上了好几条；后来吧就是女婿和丈母娘丈母爷的矛盾；结果这两天一看，又是夫妻之间甚至家长和小孩儿之间的。。。
琢磨着婚姻可能不是一个一定美好的东西，而是一个壳子。里头是心里美还是赛蜜糖还是苦砒霜都要看两个人的共同付出，甚至双方的家人。
若是自己连中学生守则，甚至小学生守则都做不到。那又要怎么言传身教地去当个好家长，甚至是能带出遵守那些守则的好孩子的家长呢？
工作讲究有个技能列表，这样才能为雇主创造价值。
家庭的话，感觉也有一些事情需要掌握，才能保证以后能为家庭创造价值嘛~``
可是这个，学校不说爹妈也不教，朋友之间可能还喜欢攀比什么的。结果本来通过社会洗礼、自我反省和不断改进后可以掌握多种技能创造美好生活的同学们，跳级成家，发现麻烦比想象得要多啊~``
技能缺得越多，对般配的要求就越高。比如没有经济能力的，必须要有个有经济能力的才能过下去；但是如果自己有经济能力，那不论对方有没有都可以。感觉缘分很难自己控制的；而技能可以自己提升吧。。。
