一周前考了Step3， 成绩还未出，写个小结先。
复习了三个月，但真正进入状态还是后一个半月，前面的时间都是在晃悠，间或看一眼
书，做两道题。等家里安顿好了，终于进入备战期，名是早早就报了，为了督促自己，
看在将近800刀的份上，也得赶紧学啊，这一招还是有点用的，最重要的还是Study
Group。
复习资料：MTB CK & MTB step 3, Family Medicine跟着Group过了一点，可看看自己
时间所剩无几，只好放弃了。 另外就是永久不变的主力部队UW Qbank. NBME 考前一月
左右作的，分数很惨，后听说step3的NBME预测成绩不太准，这才不怎么纠结了。UW只
做了一遍，错题都未再过一遍就匆忙上了考场，考前2周CD准确率70%，UWsim倒是给了
我些信心。
考完最大的感受是，连续两天考体力上感觉还好，没觉得太累，之前一直担心连着考会

刚接到口头offer，非盈利机构。9万+10%bonus，lead statistician。ms+4yr经验。
比不上现在offer，优点是超级稳定，正在考虑中。2周前投简历，3天后电面，两天前
onsite。基本上是聊天式面试。
同时想说：不要看不起非盈利机构，我前几份也是非盈利机构，不比这个offer差。

从Nicomen Lake补给站一路下山已经3个多小时，现在是太平洋当地时间2015年8月15日
中午12点55分，眼看前方补给站Cayuse Flats的关门时间下午1点整马上就要到了，而
我面前这条长长的山道仍然看不到尽头。据估算和一路盘问，前方至少还有3到4公里，
无论如何也不可能准时到达补给站了。时隐时现的希望之光在我眼前渐渐湮灭下来，我
终于放缓脚步，开始面对挑战Fat Dog 120失败这个事实，尽管这在很多人看来本不过
是意料之中的结果。
70英里组的选手在陆续地超过我，无数轻盈矫健的身影在我面前跃过，此时他们离出发

能亲自出席今天的仪式。他的妻子刘霞或其他亲属也不能前来。因此，今天我们不会颁
发和平奖的奖章和证书。
这一事实本身就说明，授予刘晓波这项奖是必要的、应该的。我们对他荣获本年度诺贝
尔和平奖表示衷心祝贺。

其实想想，刘晓波的“被殖民”300年论，还是很思辨、很逻辑的；

者手里一点儿数据也没有，怎么否定此文结论？
首先他们paper自己的conclusion是：
“more patients and longer followup are needed to assess the risk/benefit
ratio of this novel procedure.”
之所以下此保守结论是因为还有个3-YEAR的临床试验，你有Nerve Suture的基本知识没
有？为什么需要3年的试验？
这两个质疑的无非就是这个结果和以前肖吹的不一致，第二个就是缺乏control,这个很
简单，一个粗糙的CONTROL就是，再随机找9个没做过肖氏手术的spina bifida病人看有
没有出现本文出现的结果。学术论文的不严谨当然要质疑一下，可是个泌尿外科大夫都
知道本文的分量
所以有此评论
