发帖数: 474 | 14 今年夏天气候特别异常，整个夏季阴雨连连，犹如秋天般的绵缠，尤其周末更是惹人生厌。就在许多人对火热夏季失去耐心时，湿热的天气终于姗姗而至，且一日甚似一日的闷热，也算给这个绝望的夏季画上一个完美的句号。一向酷喜夏日的我，拽着夏天的尾巴，个个周末难以安坐家中，四处游走。这个周末，我们一路向南，朝着尼加拉瀑布的方向驶行。沿着QEW，从57号出口下来，进入南安省最富饶的农区，VICTORIA ROAD两侧每年夏秋两季各类瓜果应有尽有，草莓，樱桃，桃子，苹果等都有不同的月份向游人开放自采。受不住新鲜水果的诱惑，在一家路边店里一口气买了好几篮的水果，味道真是清香。
沿着VICTORIA ROAD一路南行，途径KING STREET不远，便是今天的目的地：BALLS FALLS CONSERVATION AREA。跟着一长一短两条TRAIL可观赏到UPPER FALLS 与 LOWER FALLS。上游两边树林密集，阴凉异常，却是蚊虫众多，UPPER FALLS上游，河域宽广，水势平缓，游人可以赤足在水上嬉戏，河的对岸却是林木陡峭。顺着河边的TRAIL伸至下游，河水或缓或急，在公园BBQ区附近河水缓慢 |

看成绩卡，离积分最低标准还差100个目标！今天早上匆匆忙忙的就赶到了Indy西边的
suburb小镇Brownsburg，参加Brownsburg Conservation Club的注册比赛。
这又是一个小场地俱乐部；总共只有两个飞碟场，一南一北；现在有60多位会员。跟老
会员聊天得知，以前有步枪和手枪场地，后来因为一些政治上的原因关闭以后就一直荒
废着；现在的俱乐部是彻底的飞碟俱乐部。还了解到约10年前有附近居民的水井中发现
超标的铅含量；后来经过EPA和所在郡的公共卫生部门调查，确定了不是因为打飞碟用
的铅弹造成的。
虽然小，但是设施很不错，抛飞碟的机器保养的很好，另外trap house的建筑完全是按
照ATA标准修建的；场地被树木包围着，背景树木比较高大，射击时候构成了不错的背
景；缺点也很明显，天阴暗的时候，目标可见度相对比较差；另外由于被树木包围，枪
声的回音比较响。
俱乐部年费$50，每场飞碟$4。

it's not bad at the beginning, since you won't lose much (when you lose big,
it's either tilt or bad beat), but you'd not be able to maximize your
winning... so over time, you'll still lose because:
1) you can't get action much;
2) ppl will figure out your play very easily, and you'll lose many small/
medium pots (which are most profits in this game over time);
3) like everyone else, you'll have your unlucky day;
