两个东西，censorship更具象，正如你说的是outside加给你的
constraint这个东西更抽象。任何一个作家都不可能脱离他所在的客观环境独立存在，
再空泛一点说，一个人在青少年学说话学写字的过程，就是不断地给自己加上各种限制
、束缚（constraint）的过程，你在获得语言的过程中就注定要接受你所在的背景环境
里的语言烙印。
究竟是思维影响语言，还是语言限制思维，估计是个蛋生鸡鸡生蛋的问题。
当你成年后开始运用语言进行创造性写作的时候，那些有时代特色，政治特色，民族特
色，宗教特色的语言以及思维已经潜移默化的成了你的一部分，这些束缚已经是从
inside来限制你了。就象孙悟空头上的紧箍咒，实质上的圈子已经勒进你脑子里面去，
变成了一种思维上的禁锢。
问题是这个东东，是个人就有，和语言文字打交道的作家尤甚，莫言有，狄更斯有，蒲
松龄有，莎士比亚也有。
肉身沉重，也许这个重不仅仅是指体重，但是沉重的肉身，有烙印的语言一定能创造出
脱离所在时代而独立存在甚至流传下去的作品，所以我在2012年读不同语言不同年代的

家均为未来社会新的制度安排纷纷提出了各自的理论体系；其中荀子创设的“礼制”思
想可谓不同凡响，“从经济思想上看，荀况不仅集了儒家的大成，而且也集了先秦各家
的大成。他是我国第一个从总体上对封建经济制度进行了理论分析的思想家。”荀子所
设计的“礼制”思想，为后来的大一统的封建帝国的经济制度与经济政策的制定，提供
了理论依据，其影响十分深远。笔者以为，荀子的“礼制”思想既是“荀学”的核心，
又是其经济思想的基石，更是具有中国传统特色的制度思想。

本人当码工也很久了，还在最底层，自己先鄙视一下先
本人完成任务时稍有点洁癖，方方面面基本都考虑到，所以bugs一般很少很少，然而在
一般的公司里，是没有所谓的按performance来review的，时间长了，因为你做的东西
不声不响，在很多人眼里你就是一个有亦无了， 想请教本版的前辈和晚辈，如何作合
理的控制能够产生一下bugs，又不过分。我想到的一些方面：
1） 不要指出BA的缺陷，要求什么做什么， 程序里面适当考虑到这些，留有余地， 这
样子来来往往就多了些
2） 很多能够出小错的地方不处理，比如一个data field， 如果不允许有null, 那么
加一个not null的constraint 就可以避免这类问题（或者问题发生了，马上就能知道
， 也不算什么问题了）， 那么就有意的不设置这个constraint，出了问题，看看是
data的问题，就告诉user是data的问题，这样子来讲，问题解决了，又赚到了credits.

最近在写一个proposal，study DNA structure。是我们的qualify exam。
老板让我研究一个DNA sequence 的structure
我们用NMR得到distance constraints and dihedral angle constraints。
然后用XPLOR-NIH去calculate the structure
可是我从来没用过XPLOR，我试着读manul啥的，看不懂啊
有没有牛人给解释一下大概的原理，我知道的就是用molecular dynamics 去
minimize energy
但是怎么工作的啊，如果有大牛能指点一下，不胜感激啊。。。 |

I also have other constraints which x and y are linearized in them.
If I do log(x) and log(y), it would violate linearization of other
constraints.
I am sorry. I forgot to put on all the conditions.
Are there a way to use two or three inequalities to substitute this equality?
For example,
x*y=3.
Can I use like the following form to substitute it?
x+y>=C1
x-y<=C2...
x and y are continuous variable.
Thanks....I am not familiar with this kind of stuffs. |

题目本身是一个标准quadratic programming with linear constraints问题。
需要 maximize: f(x) = r'*x - a*x'*V*x
subject to constraints:
(1) sum(x_i) = e'x = 1, e代表向量(1,1,1..)
(2) 0 <= x_i <=1
现在使用Matlab的quadprog函数如下。

function or write your own gradient descent method ( or other methods)?
I use matlab function fmincon for a constrained optimization problem, but
the parameters don't change at all after optimization, except those that did
not satisfy the constraints are changed to meet the constraints.
Does anyone know the reason? |

函数应该比较规则，没有奇点，不过gradient如果需要得numerical，
关键在于10来个，numerical graident也蛮麻烦。
参数有些范围的constraint,
可能还有些别的nonlinear constraint |
