如果“现有体制选拔出来的不是对公司、国家有帮助的人”， 那我们应该努力提高改
进这个选拔体制才对啊。 为什么“按族裔分配就会好了”呢。如果华人在现有体制下
在晋升方面“捞不到好处”，怎么保证“换成配额”就一定会好了？ 你多加一个
constraint，不是更难提高系统的效率吗？应该不拘一格降人才啊。

we bought a 2014 MDX shawd tech from the group of MDX, Q7, X5, Touareg, and
ML. I liked the new X5 but wife picked the MDX - her car, her call. I am
totally fine. she has been very happy with her choice.
IMHO, for safety ML>Touareg=Q7=MDX=X5, they are all very good
for driving dynamics, X5>MDX>Touareg>ML=Q7
we did not set a budget constraint like LZ though.

I have a 3-yr OnStar subscription, came with my 2014 Volt. Over the past 6
months, I used it a dozen times. About half of the cases, I used it as an "
intelligent" GPS, especially when I wanted to go to a place under tight time
constraint. I just call OnStar, and tell the agent where I want to go, and
he/she will search the location, set the GPS and push it to my in-car
navigation system. This is particular useful when you know the rough name

in US, professional investors are graded by relative performances. So one of
their incentive is not to perform very badly in every single quarter, every
year, etc. Otherwise, they will lose clients and ultimately their jobs.
Individual investors do not have to have such constraint.
There are also differences on how they read the annual report, and how they
make earning projection, etc. The devils are always in details, if |
