个大擦痕， 我都mark了， 结果还车的时候， 人家小儿居然爬到车底下， 发现右前bumper的底下
有擦痕， 让我赔钱， 我就在HWY上开了120miles来回， 不可能是我的错， 坑定是老早就有了，
而且左前bumper有刮痕（我mark了） 估计是一起弄的， 我没有爬到地下看。。。吵了半天， 我
要赶飞机， 就在事故表上写下了我的意见。
现在正在提交continental调查，我的所有文件都提交了， 等租车公司回电。 刚才发现又
charge了年费， 能否把continental cancel， 是否cancel了保险就没了。谢谢了！ |

United Airlines, 然后我就他给后者，结果后者说不贵他们管，让我直接打给
continental，我了个去，我有打给continental，他们说不知道什么原因被取消了，反
正就是取消了，我说那我还想今天之内就赶到Cincinnati，他们说不行，我说也没有你
们这样的啊，飞机还有10个小时就飞了，你们才告诉我飞机取消了，还是通过邮件，不
是打给我电话的，要是我没那么晚check一下我的邮件，不是就更悲剧了。他们说不知
道我的电话和邮箱，让我跟Priceline联系，我就真的无语了。

大家去continental的网上搜费城到上海的机票.
第一段会给出火车时刻让你选择， 前LZ自己选了一个
非常危险的时段, 还口口声声说是continental安排的,
人品实在太差. 基本事实都要否认， 后来那些交涉的描述可信
度就更小了.
我现在坐飞机几乎都选newark的continental, 挺好.

3.有信用卡能第一件check-in的行李免费。无需用该信用卡买票。
这个我记得以前看过，不是所有的chase co卡都可以“无需用该信用卡买票”，当然有
的卡的确是这样的，比如现在你拿的这种。

dead)可以人工waiver 行李费。必须在counter找人做。或者发email去把钱拿回来。

PEK出发是1月10号，考虑到时差，到LAX也应该是1月10号。continental发给我的email
里面居然写的是11号才到lax，飞行时间38小时。我到他们的官网上去查，写的也是10
号到，不理解为什么email里写错了。
还有一个问题，我通过continental买的票。行程如下
1月10号 PEK->LAX
1月18号 LAX->EWR->PIT
2月4号 PIT->ORD->PEK
现在我在continental的网上查到的行程是对的，但是在united的网上查到的行程缺少
了LAX->EWR这一段， 这一段的航班是CO1197 (UA1197)。
我打电话问united，客服一开始也说没看到 LAX->EWR 这一段，然后又说找到了，在我
的行程单上，同一个确认号码。挂了电话后发现还是没有，求指点... |

上个月回国，刚好Continental （美国大陆航空）有促销。就直接在continental.com
上订了票。Continental为我安排的行程如下：8:30am Philadelphia（费城）出发，9:
38am 到达Newark（纽瓦克），航班是CO9472 (train service operated by Amtrak，
Amtrak运营的列车) ； 然后11:10am从纽瓦克出发直飞上海浦东（CO87）。因为怕签证
被check，特意问了如果改期怎样。客服答复说只要交$250就好，三个月内都有效。噩
梦从此开始。
出发那天我们起个大早，在车站凭机票换了票。结果列车晚点29分钟。到了机场大厅，
我和老婆在一个柜台check-in，同行的朋友去旁边的柜台。工作人员（一黑女人）先接
过朋友的票，看了一眼说，你晚啦，回家去吧（go home, you are late）。然后就转
头和旁边的工作人员接着去聊天了，扔下朋友一人傻在柜台前（事后朋友和我说她当时
真以为只能灰溜溜的回家去了）。我和朋友说你别理它，过来我们这边一起办。我柜台

我上个月中旬回国，CONTINENTAL超卖，然后在候机的时候呼吁VOLUNTEER让出座位。等
了一个小时，让出座位了，结果要把已经装上飞机的行李拿出来还给VOLUNTEER,耽误了
2个多小时。
过了两个星期，回美国，还是CONTINENTAL，虽然没超卖，但坐得满满的。我的那个座
位上电视机坏了，我找一个亚裔的空姐反映这个情况，她检查了一下，然后告诉我确实
坏了，但没有空位让我换过去。我说这是14个小时的飞行啊，没有电视，你让我干啥啊
。她回答我：I don't know what to say to you. 我说那你找几本杂志来给我看看吧
，她就一去不复返了。 |

发帖数: 6799 | 44 今天先给dtd打电话。csr说虽然我当时没有买他们自己的保险，但可以make an
exception。做法是，我先给4个胎买保险，然后他们给我寄个新胎，然后我再给那个新
胎买一份保险。我说我只有一个车，总不能冒险天天开吧？于是问能否去continental
tire dealer那claim warranty，那个csr说根据经验一般有气泡不管。
没被吓住，去了本地一个口碑比较好的轮胎店。结果那个哥们说我的轮胎用了225/45/
17，不是原来的215/50/17，warranty能否管很难说。要我先付款，然后他们把轮胎寄
回去，如果管的话再退我钱。觉得这个不靠谱，我说我还是走dtd的保险好了。那个小
二说要不我打电话给continental问问？结果一问说可以，于是就换，最后相当于付了
一份mounting/balance的钱，$18搞定，还不错。
最后一个问题，大家觉得我应该从dtd那里买他们自己的保险么？因为再过半年，
continental的保修就管不了了，但是看了大家的回答，觉得这个dws再有气泡的可能性
太大了。 |
