contract houses 中找个顺眼的把自己卖了。拿百分比。基本上假期保险都是最终从
rate中出。contract house 就是拿个辛苦费。如果是 contract houses 帮你找的位置
，那他们拿的就要多些。至少要多个5%到10%吧。 |

今天看了那个contract,上面说一旦签署的话，就不能取消。 也就是说卖方如果肯卖，
无论什么时候签上字就生效； 如果不想卖，就可以一直拖着,也就是说我们必须等到他
卖给了别人，我们签字的contract才自动失效。感觉这样对我们很不公平. 但是
realtor 说没有经过attorney review合同就不生效，可以随时cancel。 不知道是否真

Funding.所以和Consulting firm最多签六个月的Contract，但不表示你必须干满六个
月。如果你是W-2 Consultant,你要看看你和Consulting Firm的合同上有没有说给多长
时间Notice。你和干活的公司其实没有什么义务和责任。 |

B/A = 1，应该选A吧?
B/A = 1.3，肯定选B吧?
B/A = X, X是多少大概两者差不多。

salary is 15 million.
But we all know that he is expected to beat his contract in the earlier

资也高过生物MS吧
lz的风险在于不能转正的话怎么办，而这是很可能的。药厂生物类的正式工作比较少。
当然可以再找一个contract工，可是一直做几个月的contract也不好。出来工业界再想
回去做postdoc也难
lz应该是有身份吧，如果很想去公司，就去碰碰运气，也难说很快就有机会转正了呢。 |

Smith Hanley is a good employer, it can sponsor your H1B.
If contract is ending, they will send you to another client for interview.

有的人说应该最少1.6-1.8，有的人说应该2以上，具体多少我也不清楚。比如master工
资full time按5万算的话，contract年薪9万就和full time5万差不多。如果配偶福利
比较好，不需要多花钱买保险什么的还好，否则这个系数就要算的大一些。而且工作经
验少的人做contract还是牺牲了一定的机会成本的，比如升职的机会。 |

时间的contract应该比那种工资要低些。
另外，刚想到这么一个问题，是不是contract换full time的时候可以要求把自己的工
资除以1.3来换算，然后full time换contract的时候，要求把自己工资乘以1.6来换算

偏research，我是小硕没前途，2太闲经常没事干钱也少。面试了几个公司，目前暂时
拿到一个药厂的biostatistician offer, start with 1 year contract , extendable
, 如果有HC也可以转成FTE, $80/hr.
我个人觉得还可以，因为从学术界去工业界最大的困难就是没有经验，FDA那些要求基
本不懂，SAS也基本不用，之前面过几个都是因为没实际经验就没下文了，所以这个工
作最大的好处是可以获得工业界经验，以后再换工作应该就比较容易，缺点就是
contract，稳定性差些，明年可能又要换工作, 不过我倒无所谓，现在工作就清闲稳定
福利好但久了就很无聊，经常换换也挺好保持新鲜感和竞争力，另外不太喜欢SAS.
其他面试还有几个，明天会面一个大CRO，FTE但remote. 不想一开始就remote，所以应
该不会去了。另外因为之前投的药厂CRO都鄙视我没有工业界经验，所以还投了几个IT

折扣价升级手机再附带一个2年contract的data plan。
这次iphone7出来，我上一次的contract已经到期，可以升级了。但是无论是在apple官
网还是att官网自己的账号里面选择iphone7，都只有“AT&T Next®/AT&T Next
Every Year”，就是把手机完整的价格免利息分到contract这些月份里面，没有任何补
贴了。
以前看新闻说另外几家都已经对iphone没补贴了，请问现在ATT都是这样了吗？那续两
年plan也没有任何discount了？
apple的unlocked的手机和att带合同locked的手机都是一个价？

I purchased a new phone from T-Mobile in August and re-upped the contract. I
saw a post at another forum saying that fully subsidized pricing is
available for existing customers less than 18 months if you upgrade through
the website. Calls to support and in-store upgrades have been met with
befuddled looks.
I logged into my account and decides to try and upgrade 2 of my lines.
