大部分地方都对co-correspondance 不觉得是什么重要指标。因为co-correspondance
的一个很大因素是看你和老板的关系是不是足够好。
如果是正而八经的一作兼co-correspondance，那么也许还能加点分。
如果是co-first，首先别人就给你的贡献打了个折扣了，然后co-correspondance 这个
指标他们可能根本就没有注意到。 |

发帖数: 1117 | 50 一个认识的美国同事前不久找到别的工作走了。走之前几周跟他老板和其他几个成员在
组会上有过两次不太愉快的讨论。但是后来又和气的找老板谈了一次说项目将来的发展
按照老板的意思来，但是希望不影响把目前的结果发出去。回来跟我说反正他就是希望
能发文章，对自己一年的工作有交待，以后谁爱怎么做都行。所以走之前文章写好了交
出去给杂志社了。最近文章被杂志接受了但是需要小修改。这位同志把reviewer的问题
都回答了并且寄给大家过目。
很有意思的是他同时在邮件里说考虑到从项目设计，到写计划书，到完成大部分试验，
到写文章都是他做的，所以他认为corresponding author应该是他而不是他老板，这样
才公平。而且这样对他的职业发展会很有帮助。所以他已经把修改稿的corresponding
author从他老板改成他自己了。
虽然他说的是事实，但很多人在这种情况下还是会让老板当corresponding author
的。知道了这件事之后真心觉得这个老美同事很猛，竟然直接把老板的corresponding
author的位置给拿下了，并且直接简单通知他老板和其他作者。
