灯的情况下我们右转了。当时车在only 右转的道上，没有红灯情况下不可右转的牌子
。我们所有的行为都没有违反交通规则。但不知为何收到一个这样的罚单。想要plead
not guilty。上面写的是要notify court at least 7 days before scheduled pay by
date. 我想请教的是怎样notify court，写信还是打电话。要上庭的话我们需要做什
么样的准备。车当时在right turn only的道上，打有右转向灯，有一张图是在白线之
前full stop，还有一张图是车出白线有两个车位的样子，其实是看清楚路况在右转。

speeding ticket，驾龄很长了。
我觉得应该没有58，刚刚50多一点，不过也一样，超速20之内都是罚120。
有个选项是plea guilty with court supervision. 好像是用这个选项就不会有record
，车险不会涨价？court会不会要求额外的罚款？ 大家给靠谱一下？

发帖数: 17 | 30 一个月前在长途途经VA时发生一起追尾车祸，我的责任。车祸现场收到警察黄条一张，
title是VA uniform summons，要求十月某日去va的court出庭。当时警察解释说如果
prepay罚款可以不用去法庭。黄条上有电话号码一个，说该罚多少钱需要打这个电话确
认。
现在问题是打电话后对方告知处理信息在http://courts.state.va.us/会登出来，但是过了一个月了还是没有。中途打电话过去对方都说过两天会出来，但到现在还没有出来。
我现在的问题是：
1. 是否交了罚款就可以不用去法庭？（太远过去不方便）
2. 追尾（follow too close）大概多少钱？
3. 为什么到现在我还没有收到任何律师的信？听说很多人吃条后都会有律师主动来信
提供法律帮助
4. 黄条上写prepay等于plea guilty，这种guilty记录会对以后转身份（绿卡、公民）
产生什么影响？（现在F1）

street and I plan to plea guilty here. But the municipal court operator/
clerk insisted that I should appear in the court and she told me "the
prosecutor needs to talk to you because this ticket carries 2 points". Does
it mean the prosecutor wants to make a deal here by surcharging me say $200
for points removal? Should I take it if s/he presents such a deal?

真的没见过这么不讲道理的房东，准备file small court了，一点经验都没有，不知道
麻烦不麻烦，要花多少钱？
房东一直不肯退还我们1000多的押金，他已经扣掉了500的清洁费用（他自己说不要我
们做清洁，做了也不算，他还要重做），还是扣着我们的1000多块钱不还，想尽了各种
理由，因为地毯和房间的清洁费他已经扣了，不能拿这个做借口，一开始先是说我们弄
脏了他客厅的墙，他要把所有房间的墙都刷一遍，这个费用$800要我们出，然后说主卧
室的closet的门拉起来滑动不顺畅，要修$250，一共1050，寄了个他自己写的帐单给我
们，这些钱刚好等于押金，所以他一分钱都不退了，我们给气坏了，打电话给他一直不
接，只好寄了一份很正式的信件给他（要求签名的），要他拿出证据证明我们弄脏了墙

但是，邻居坚持认为我家流到他家的雨水导致他的排水无法负担，暴雨后有时会被水淹

昨晚懒得做饭，一家三口去costco买东西顺便在food court解决晚饭，点了两个
hot dog combo,还有一个整的pizza。结果半夜醒来胃里很不舒服，突然有强烈呕吐感
，于是去卫生间吐了一通，稍微好点了但还是闷得很勉强睡着。此时楼主还暗自窃喜以
为备孕终于有成效了呢。上午换尿布时发现15个半月的娃拉稀，很稀的那种，遂开始自

全身乏力，于是请了半天病假，回来倒头就睡，棉袄也没脱，被子还裹得紧紧的。刚才
