去年8月25号晚上,从家里去学校的路上被抓,40的路,条子说我开了54.二话不说,一张
ticket,我一看,还是我们学校的警察,nnd,下手真狠.条子是迎面开来的
然后就去法院要求上庭,初定是11月底吧,一共要去两次,前一次递交motion,第二次
trial
谁知道我把日子记错了,递交motion那次忘记去了.第二天再去,说只能重新安排时间.于
是motion递交排到1月27号,今天trial.我对本州的speedy trial不是狠了解.由于上一
次也是我的失误,没能按原有排期,所以我也不指望靠speedy trial的trick了.
1月27号,坐在大厅里面溜溜的等了几个小时,无聊透顶,自己翻看着打官司的书.老爸非
要陪着去看看,也是无聊的坐了半天.倒是前台坐着的一个貌似intern的小姑娘clerk,她

俺老板写的grant，有些俺觉得其实很差，但是因为老板在这个领域名声在外了，所以
照样能拿到。
有时候，俺想着，如果用老板的credential 拿到RO1, 然后转给俺，不知道可不可行。
俺们这儿以前有一个老板到NIH去了，就把自己的RO1转给丫的postdoc，然后那个

[华盛顿州]在华盛顿州，有保险管精神健康的都得管ABA，限制是ABA的提供人必须有BCBA而且是个MD，所以不是特别管用，因为大部分时间ABA都是BCaBA干的活，而且BCBA大多都是没有MD学位的。

我觉得几个基本的东西可以注意下：
1。 看学校的资历。
正规学校可以在这里查到。

2。 看是不是所有老师都有教某个年龄段的证书。每个年龄段是不同的。 还有他们的

校International Office的工作人员认为不要急着转，J1还有两年多，用完了再转。我
讲是为了申请绿卡，而且已经咨询了律师，工作人员才同意我办，但是要到6月底才能
开始处理我的case。
后来，又因为系主任签字问题等到了8中旬，直到8月底，才把所有材料（附件1）

我是在中国念的本科和博士，我想请问这个成绩单是包括大学和研究生的成绩吗，大学
和研究生毕业证书一定要吗。
关于这个credential evaluation 我知道有几个网址，可以网上申请，但是没办过，不
知道具体的程序，多长时间可以办好，需要多少钱，还请办过的XDJM 指教
