我今天打电话去问了，接电话的人很没有耐心。但是基本上证实了我的担心。就想yoghurt说的那样，我的327-A上的签名和他们系统里的不一样，所以要全部从来一遍！ 我真的很愤怒，为什么早不通知我呢，当初为什么现示我的medical education credentials have been verified？？害的我以为一切就绪了。 现在被他们这么一弄，肯定是没有办法在9月份之前弄好了。
但是虽然我是这种情况，不代表别人也会这样。我想这是因为我的医学院没有及时更新信息吧。 大家不用太着急， 只要你们327上的签名和他们系统里的一致，就不会有这种情况.

RECEIVED DATE？今天我的327A终于显示了RECEIVED DATE (足足等了8周），但是TRANSCRIPT的
RECEIVED DATE从来没有显示过。另外，显示了RECEIVED DATE是否表示我的CREDENTIALS通过
了？THANK YOU!
SOME BACKGROUND:我的327A也因为没有被“RECOGNIZED OFFICIAL"签字而被”RESENT“了一次
（APRIL30)。

发帖数: 356 | 5 credential寄到ECFMG，等了2个月，昨天上网一查，327form又在8月22日重新寄出来
了。今天打电话询问，他们说签字的人不在list上，我也是看了大家了经验，未雨绸缪
，之前附了校长签了一个文件说该教务处长有权签这个credential。哪知ECFMG的人说
，问题是这个教务处长没有在这个证明的文件上签字，晕。不过他们说我可以让学校的
人再发一个这样的paper给他们，要写上教务处长的title，name，然后让他签字。这样
应该不用再把327表填一遍了。我的问题是，他们也没有提供任何表格，就让学校的人
光光写该人（title，name）有权签字，然后让此人签字就行了嘛？那底下落款怎么搞
，就写学校教务处或者外事办行么？请办过的人帮忙解答一下～多谢
还有一点郁闷的是，现在有信息更新，他们都不email通知我了，都要登录自己查，大
家也是这样的么？ |

should there be no problem for CK application.
It really depends on individual case in saying whether a candidate need to
start over the verification process. So it's better start your CK
application before hand just in case if you need to spend a month or more to
re-verify your credentials. |

10月初的时候186表从学校寄回ECFMG，10月底186表被接受，可以在OASIS上看到。自己
在美国寄出Medical Credential的材料，10月底被拒，说没有收到我的材料。于是11月
初再次寄出Medical Credential材料，但是OASIS上面显示没有收到，今天打电话再问
，他说因为我是公共卫生的，所以ECFMG发信到中国政府（这是接电话的原话，不过我
想可能是卫生部吧）确认我是否有考试资格，说让我现在只能等着了。
我还以为只有我遇到了这个问题，看来现在ECFMG都这样处理了？难道他还一个人一个
人的问卫生部一遍吗，当时我想是不是还要在国内找人帮我去卫生部问问，我单独的一
个人，人家卫生部会给回信吗。学校开成绩单还要有人帮着办，否则那些老师不收到钱
是不会理的，不知道卫生部什么做法，是不是也要找人去帮着办？
我给接电话的提议，从母校开一封dean‘s letter，他也说不行了。
还有，刚才上OASIS查我的状态，186表被接受的那一栏没有了，不知道去哪里了，只有Step1被拒的信息栏了，已经
接受的难道还要 |

and credential is so so, plus OLD cCMG, just want to get into any specialty
if possible.
I am not sure if AMG like this specialty, which resulted few IMG even to
talk about it. As I happened to find a person in usmleforum.com, with not
decent credentials (both steps have attempts, and no usce) matched it, i am
wondering if it is less competitive than IM or FM.

only difference is the "MD" or "BM" title behind your name........
I have or had 5 state licenses, all I filled in "MD" when I applied for, no ANY one challenged or questioned this title.

I was very curious about why this program selected him(Of course he had
exceptional credentials). Indeed that CMG is very excellent in the program.
Everybody likes him. But 2 yrs later, he recommended another CMG with even
better credentials. PD rejected immediately. He realized that he was a "
flavor" in this program. Chinese is somehow like salt in the pure AMG

curriculum, it is anticipated that you will take longer time to assimilate
the knowledge. Don't compare yourself with others, know your own weakness
and set your own schedule. The problem is not with exams per say. You will

发帖数: 3319 | 35 轰轰烈烈的住院医申请又快要开始了，趁着这几天有点时间，本着象ChiUSMD和lztao前
辈,还有美女Emma那样乐于助人的美好愿望，我也写点自己对申请的理解。希望能对今
年申请的同学有一点参考价值。因为这些理解完全来自我个人肤浅而有限的人生经历，
所以难免跟实际情况有偏差，看的同学要自己去伪存真。同时也希望自己写的东西能抛
砖引玉，吸引路过的前辈大侠来补充指正就更好了。
简单的说，成功的申请一般可以分成两步：第一是拿到面试；第二是面好它，然后拿到
offer。这里先集中说第一步，怎么才能拿到面试。
显然，有 connection 最大。这里也先不谈这个奇妙的咚咚。这里要说的是怎么样靠自
己的credentials,准备好一份申请材料，顺利拿到自己应该能拿到的面试机会。
credentials体现在自己的申请材料里面，包括PS/ERAS申请表/大学成绩单/MSPE/USMLE
成绩单。还有2-4封推荐信。另外还有潜在的非常重要的两个因素：身份和毕业时间。
大学成绩单和USMLE成绩单没什么好说的，申请的时候一切都已成定局，是多少就是多
少。

友很可能即是RBC120学长，所以实际可能是56份credentials。希望没有播报的同学继

August. Then contact the medical school and ask friend to make sure send
the required document out in early October. Finally got verified at the end
of October by ECFMG mail. Sometimes they do not update the status online.
Credential verification is not related to the usmle exam but need both to
get ECFMG certificate finally. |

credential就变成了DO，而你如果直接board和match，你的credential依然是MD. 美国

186表（Certification of Identification Form），获得审核通过，你就可以开始报
名考试了。认证第二步审理，没有期限，它的进度，不影响你的step1,2考试，但是第
二步认证材料的顺利通过，是ECFM给你发certificate的前提。而certificate是你申请
住院医的必需材料之一。因此，你需要保证认证第二步，在你申请住院医之前顺利通过
审核。
我知道有的人，非临床本科专业，两年前186表混了过去，获得考试资格，就很高兴的
考了step1，并且在复习step2。但是在第二步认证medical education credential
verification这个环节，被卡住了，ECFMG认为他的临床课程结构和课时数，以及临床
实习的课时数，与中国5年制MD培训的数据，不相符。
我自己的情况（看隔壁帖子），学校邮寄材料之后，我去ECFMG网站查询过一次，状态

考试了，发现Form 186表格认证过期了。ECFMG要求我重新认证一遍，结果就是我的考

for your licensing agency we sent letter to the Health Professional
Credential Ver . Ctr in china. Because we have new rule that all the
graduate for nursing in china we can get the file of that agency that I
mentioned above. I Hope you know that. Once we received all your documents
we just continue to process your application.

certification对吧，然后才看是否eligible for exam，这报名交钱，到底是只交
Certification Program的钱（$418）， 还是课程评估一定也得交？就是Credential
Evaluation Service $378那个，看不太懂，因为第一个里面也说包含credential
review？

题：
加州的申请好像要求SSN：If you fail to list your social security number, your
application for initial or renewal licensewill not be processed，可是我没有
SSN
纽约的要求：Non-U.S. educated applicants seeking a limited permit as a
registered professional nurse must also have their credentials verified by

我是国内受的护理本科教育，后来考了cgfns和密西根州的护士执照，现在因为在纽约
州读书，下个学期要进临床实习，需要把执照转到纽约州。
现在的问题是纽约州要求我到cgfns做Credential Verification Service for New
York State，我比较郁闷，一是时间短不一定来的及；二是我考cgfns时就把所有资料
都寄给过他们，我看了handbook，好像又要从新来一次，还是cgfns直接联系学校和卫
生局，也不知道别人会不会理他们；三是这样一来我有没有外州执照都一样，纽约州可
能会否定我的转执照要求。
我的问题是别的姐妹也一样吗？纽约州对外国护士转执照都要求credential
verification吗？我可以要求cgfns从以前寄的资料来verify吗？
