says that:
"Your credit file is frozen or blocked
"We cannot generate a Credit Report Card for you at this time due to your
credit file being frozen or blocked. This occurs when the consumer has
placed a file freeze on their credit file or the credit file has been
blocked by Experian. Read about a credit freeze or visit the Experian
website to learn more."
But I haven't frozen my credit file. Anyone know why?

系。
child credit，就是那个从1000涨到1600的，phase out bar提高了。

发帖数: 61 | 15 最近刚买了一个新建的condo,卖家同意在closing的时候给3500 credits，合同里写的
只能用于closing，prepaid，以及closing相关的花费。同时我贷款的银行收了600刀的
rate lock deposit，说不返现金，只能在closing的时候返600 credits。所以我现在
一共有4100刀的credits可以在closing的时候用。
（汗，好多中英文互换，大家凑和着看吧。。。）
马上就要close了，才发现我的closing cost加prepaid 大约只花3400刀。还有700刀的
credits没有地方用。没用的credits不能返现金，只能白白浪费了。。。
请教各位大侠如何才能最大化利用这些credits呢？有什么其他的花费我可以要求用
closing credits支付么？
我能想到的有：
1）home insurance 一年的费用，大约300刀。银行说可以加到HUD 1 里边。
2）condo的条例里边说有一个一次性的收费：$500 for reserve fund is required to
pay at closing.

charge card的hard pull和new accout不影响分数..
上网看了看发现确实是说charge card如果按时付款是不影响信用的 不过如果不还款
肯定还是危害很大..
这样话对于想开卡建信用的同学可能不是好消息 但是对于已经好多信用卡了 不想浪费
hard pull的同学应该是很好的吧?
举例:kolhs的卡就是charge card 如果真的不算credit card不影响信用 是不是挺好的
个人开卡就是因为总去这家店 觉得开个store card蛮亏的 单纯想要coupon 不过一定
会全额付款的 一个hard pull也认了
但是如果真的不影响分数是不是太好了? 不知道是不是太天真了..
尤其是那些Amex的charge card..不会这么简单吧

1000，discover只给了500，经常钱不够刷，但是能保证每月全额还款，准备申请个
citi dividend拿点额度。
看到帖子里面说
20. balance/Credit limit多少合适？
1-2%对credit score最佳。
保持在30-50%一段时间，对涨Credit limit有利。
Credit limit上去了，就容易保持最佳的balance/Credit limit。
准备买房买车申请信用卡的时候，
可以减少balance来快速提高credit score。
其它时候对credit score不必太在意。
比如我boa的卡，额度只有1000，一个月刷了4000（边刷边还），会对我的信用记录有
不良影响么？balance/Credit limit这个是指出账单时的状态还是整个月的状态啊？
希望大神们讲解一下，谢谢 |

因为职务上的一些事情不太满意，于是就辞了职，花着积蓄到处旅游，玩了两年多，一
直到2012年年底才又重新返回职场。
今天趁着2015年的SOCIAL SECURITY STATEMENT出来了，然后顺便把早几年的也稍微整
理了一下，结果发现个奇怪的事情。
2012年拿到的STATEMENT显示我至少有23个CREDIT（这应该是在说2011年的数据吧）
然后2013年的STATEMENT显示我只有15个CREDIT了。
2014年显示我有23个CREDIT。
2015年显示我有27个CREDIT。
2016年显示我有31个CREDIT。
想知道为什么2012年和2013年，CREDIT的数字会出现这样的变动。是如果不工作，当年
报税收入连一个CREDIT都没有的时候，总累积的CREDIT反而会往下掉么？
求高人，尤其是余姐，帮忙解惑啊… |

其实child tax credit 是用来offset 你的tax liability的.
1. 你的AGI(line 38 at 1040)必须小于110,000 -- married filing jointly
2. 你的tax + AMT 必须于 这个大于这个1000, 才能拿到full credit
举例:
a. 你的tax (line 44) = 300, 那么你的child tax credit 就是300
b. 你的tax (line 44) = 1200, 那么你的child tax credit 就是1000
c. 你的tax = 0, 那么你的child tax credit 就是0
而additional child tax credit defined at P61 就是说只要你有qualified
dependent child, 即使没有tax liability (do not owe any tax),也可以拿.

找出来仔细走了一下流程：你Schedule 8812 Part II 4a earned income确实是0，
Line 5、6都是0，然后如果没有三个以上小孩而且Line6是0，的确不能claim
additional child tax credit。
但从你的主贴看，你应该能拿child credit而不是additional child credit吧。

converted into a no-preset-spending-limit (NPSL) card, such as Visa
Signature. Your spend on this card will be counted separately as balance
with open credit on the credit report. It is not considered as over limit,

刚才电话问了wells fargo，boa，都必须run 一次credit check，实在怕损伤自己的
credit score啊，以前不注意，score不怎么高，只有720左右，不敢再损失了。我有朋
友说run了一次后发现降了5分，他老老实实的其他都跟以前一样，怀疑是因为run了这
个credit check还是为什么其他降的，我是不敢冒险了。
我有boa的Privacy Assist Premier service，可以出示我在三个credit公司的credit
score和report，可boa说那个不算，他们还要再run一遍credit check，虽然我的数据
跟他的数据是一个地方来的。
以前很多人说找中国人做pre approval不用run credit check的，谁能推荐一个？？谢

请人最好有至少两个credit score；
三、Fannie Mae对Credit History的长短没有具体的要求，但各家银行为了确保自己贷
出去的房贷能卖给Fannie Mae，分别制定有各自的审核标准，比如说过去# of

现在想分析一下BT吃利息和开信用卡帐户赚bonus哪个更划算。
应该有这样两个基本事实：
1. BT（极小量BT除外）降低credit score。
2. 信用卡帐户过多，credit line过高，降低credit score。
对于一个household income小于80k的家庭，如何在BT和申请信用卡拿bonus之间取舍，
找到最佳平衡点？
1) 一人BT，另一人不断申请新帐户。
2) 两人同时BT，如果见到好的credit card offer也申请，但被拒的可能性大大增加。
按当前利率，BT 20k一年拿到$900左右。Credit card开户bonus一年能到这个数字吗？

1个月前收到一张HSBC NV的信用卡，从来没有申请过，直接扔掉了，没有activate。
奇怪的事情发生了，最近申请chase freedom credit card, 居然只有200的credit
line. 记得上个月申请了chase southwest credit card时, 拿到了2000 credit line,
打电话去chase询问原因，customer service说credit report下降很厉害。 想想自己
一直按时还钱， 循规蹈矩，不知道信用记录下降的原因。 查询一下credit report,
出现了HSBC NV这个奇怪的credit card。 从来没有申请过这张卡，也没有activate，
为什么会出现在信用记录中，而且严重下降了自己的信用记录。
有没有前辈遇到过这种情况亚？小女子哭求帮助。。。万分感谢！

，也没有收到他们的任何电话通知，被他们直接pull over 到collection company上去
了，然后在申请信用卡的时候被拒才发现有这笔钱没有支付。
前两天去交了欠的钱。
已经在credit report里面出现了这个collection company的report。
然后想查询credit score，去买了equifax 的credit score，被告之没有credit score
，原因是没有信用卡，也没有任何的loan。
想问问
1. 帐已经还了，这个记录在credit report 上面会影响以后的credit score 吗？
2. 没有credit score 正常吗？
3. 现在申请不到信用卡，如何才能积累信用？ |

现在想pay for deletion，但有几个问题：
1.是否所有交涉都应用硬件信的形式？credit report上collection公司（NCO FIN）只
有电话和地址信息，但是电话总是打不通？
2.根据版上考古信息，700+的账单argue的时候先提出付25%是不是比直接pay off效果
好呢？

大家知道如果有几百块医疗copay没交，会损失多少credit吗？
我们搬家，之前的账单没有收到，然后医院把account交给collection agency了。好几
百块copaycharge的特别不合理。我们在跟医院保险公司商量中。但是collection
agency态度特别不好，简直是rude，都不听我解释，态度让人非常生气，而且说30天直
接送到credit report去。
我credit一直很好，请问如果闹到credit report去了，会大概损失多少分数呢？

因为现在的比较低，在一个BILLING CYCLE里面累计的PURCHASE AMOUNT超过了这个
CREDIT LINE，但是期间MADE SEVERAL PAYMENT，并且在账单日之前把BALANCE维持在一
个比较低的AMOUNT，这样的话对CREDIT SCORE有影响吗？
举个比较简单的例子如下：现在的CREDIT LINE只有1000，有一天刷了600，第二天就
MAKE PAYMENT还掉了这个600。一个星期后（还在这个BILLING CYCLE里面）刷了500，
之后再账单日前还了300。这样的话账单会显示本BILLING CYCLE的BALANCE是200，仍有
OPEN-TO-BUY AMOUNT。但是本月累计消费额那块会显示600+500=1100，这个大于了
CREDIT LINE，这样银行会REPORT给CREDIT BUREAU并影响到个人的CREDIT SCORE吗？
