发帖数: 702 | 1 小白请教一下各位懂行的朋友们：palo alto到底哪个neighborhood是最好的？
我一直以为old pa才是最好最贵最牛的neighborhood。而crescent park顶多第二，而
且因为它在flood zone所以不能盖地下室也不能随便加建导致整个neighborhood房屋升
值空间有限。
可是最近好几个牛人朋友同学买了crescent park来投资而不是old pa。他们绝对是哪
里的豪宅都afford得起的所以不会是因为crescent park便宜才买的。莫非其实
crescent park比old pa还好？
我纯属围观小白好奇。求各位不吝赐教！

月。客厅和厨房是木地板，厨房和卫生间的台面都是大理石，是我见过的最豪华的公寓
配置。
Lease到8月底。因为买到房子，下个月就要搬家了，所以想请问有没有xdjm考虑租公寓
的，我可以给你们一些incentive。但是你们得有良好的记录，能够Pass leasing
office的application才可行。
有兴趣的同学可以去网上看下，我们的complex叫Cadiz，非常新。

因为我们是这个apartment的第一个租客，所以一直特别把这里当家看待，真心喜欢这

我来说孩子学什么并不重要，但是老师要爱小孩子，环境要干净整洁，playground不能
太小了。基于以上的考量选中了Crescent Montessori。他们当时的一个plus是有
camera家长可以看的。现在camera突然之间就说撤掉了。
当时小班的老师有三个一个叫Nora，一个叫Antonia还有一个叫Hannah。这三个老师都
还是不错的，虽然lead teacher有时候说话有欺瞒的嫌疑，但是在我身上并没有发生太
过分的事情。后来lead teacher走了，来了个叫Kimberly的白人老师，经过一段时间以
后发现她也是个非常不错的老师。至少非常非常的爱孩子，很用心。她可以轻松的说出
哪个孩子喜欢什么不喜欢什么，谁喜欢什么颜色，是不是有小的特殊的癖好她都如数家
珍。但是现在她也走了，Antonia老师她是负责给孩子换尿片等事情的，对孩子真是满
满的爱啊。但是她也走了。Ms Hannah现在去了大班实习，之后会如何没有人知道哈。

真是实打实的考察， 一步步量的。 今天天气不错，不冷不热，向tianyu 同学学习
，沿着Capital Crescent Trail跑了一通。 DC这边trail 其实不少，tianyu以前说过
，大伙交了那么多的税，一部分就用在这些方面，不去利用一下实在可惜。

旁边有VTA,交通方便。附近开车十分钟可到safeway，大华，101，880，237. 距离
Intel，Cisco，Cadence很近，健身房 游泳池都有。
室友男，在湾区IT大公司上班，不吸烟喝酒，无不良嗜好，作息规律。
希望你作息正常且规律，不吸烟，不在家开party。最好能租满一年。
