movie, I drove on an empty stomach in the mid-night and tried hard to hold
up to myself.
I told myself, "Oh, no, you will never run into that sort of situation, you
never will. You're stronger than Hanna, and you will not give up as she did,
you will tell the judge that you are illiterate if you really are..."
All those words helped me to go to sleep later, but unfortunately they did
not help Hanna, or anyone else in the mov |

old experienced nurses. Too much pressure to handle.
Today a new nurse cried, she is american and I think she is very mature. The
patient and patient's family was driving everybody crazy ever since they
are in. The patient is having problems with his Foley(pain?) and MD refuse
to do anything because MD was not in a good mood today(Sunday-weekend).
Family is angry and the poor nurse became the sandwich between pt and MD. |

起睡，但我知道我妈妈很辛苦，我当时怀了老二，妈妈希望我多休息。大宝无论是午睡
还是晚间睡觉，经历了很多风风雨雨，曾经有过晚上说什么也不睡觉号啕大哭，没办法
全家起来，满大街看车才把他哄睡的经历。类似的事情还有很多，这里就不废话了，总
之二宝现在马上就5个月了，一直是抱着睡觉，我最后还是下决心培训她了。下面是我
的简要的记录：
Aug 5

started at 1pm, cried for 23mins, slept for 20 mins
satrted at 2:15pm, cried for 40mins, slept for 10mins

么意思，老师说很有用（尤其是大的daycare，会有不同的老师，你不可能跟所有老师
说清楚），后来进来的父母都照着写，墙都贴满了，呵呵。你可以考虑写一下，到时候
老师有个guide不会抓瞎。（这本来是个word document,关键词用不同颜色，字体也可
以调整）

我家小妞三个半月大，今晚第一次进行了真正意义上的sleep train. 9点送上床之后开
嚎，期间几次
差点背过气去。一小时后终于在我和她爹为其翻身抚背后抽抽噎噎的睡着了。。。
我想问的问题是：白天的nap是不是要接着训？她白天的nap质量恶化的很厉害，平时要
抖着才能睡着，
现在经常10分钟就醒，最后为了帮助她撑过1小时只好挂在人身上睡。
可是如果白天也要sleep train的话，等吃饱了休息好了（她有比较严重的reflux)犯困
了再送上
床，等哭够了估计又该到下顿吃饭时间了。。。而且要命的是，我自己一个人在家还不
知道能不能顶住
小妞的哭声和爷爷奶奶的压力。。。

译出上一本书以后，由于暂时没有适合翻译的新书，我开始给自己放假：每
天坐在厨房的录音机旁，边听磁带边看电子书。三天前，随便拿出一盘《美国乡
村音乐系列情歌》（The best of country & western Vol.2），A面的第一首是
节奏轻快的《神龙帕夫》（Puff, the Magic Dragon）。这首歌我不知听过多少
次了，却从没有注意过歌词的内容。于是，我拿起磁带的歌片，看了看它的歌词。
然后，我被歌词的内容迷住了——我不能完全看懂它的象征意味，这反而让它显
得更加迷人。我想，这绝不是普通的流行歌曲，一定在西方或者说美英文化生活
中留下过印记。为了求证这一点，我必须上网。
我打开电脑，连上网络，在百度百科中发现了一篇谈论《神龙帕夫》的文章：
“‘有歌评这样说：这首歌主要是谈小孩子长大的过程，及对环境的感受。
歌词中的Puff实为一虚构的奇异龙，用此来影射孩子小时侯很喜欢小玩具，长大
后就把奇异龙甩掉，因为孩子已慢慢长大，对这种虚构的东西已不再有兴趣了’。

多数情况下比较舒服自然接近日光的色温在4000K上下，如果需要温暖些就选择低些的
色温，如果要冷酷些就选高色温的光源。色温仅是光源的一个特性，光源好坏更重要的
一个指标就是演色性指数（CRI-color rendition index)。简单讲，CRI指数越低，颜
色越失真，这个对辨别物体颜色细节很重要。一般讲，CRI指数85以上才是可用的让人
眼感觉舒服的光源。白炽灯CRI~100,普通日光灯管CRI~75。LED光源最是良莠不齐从60
到超过90都有，一般的就70出头，大厂最近出的灯泡都到80多了。比如Philips的12.5W
，17W dimmable实测有85上下，ecosmart 4in recessed LED实测有90左右。LED生产工
艺有个dilemma就是想要演色性指数高，发光效率就会降低很多，LED厂家里面最著名的
能生产可靠高演色性指数的就数nichia了。nichia CRI96的LED是众多DIY粉丝追捧的，
