我在这里预言：楼主没有勇气大闹。这是由他的思维方式和性格决定的。
我说的话不是楼主想听到的，但是能帮助楼主换位思考问题。
因为这里是未名，这算是论事不论人。
从楼主的原帖和回帖，我得到以下推测（完全有可能是错误的）：
1。和我们每个人一样，楼主是自私的。这无可非议。是人的本性。
2。和我们大部分人不一样的是，楼主没有做好自己该做的本职工作。
他不是在做好本职工作之余去追求自己的利益。而是在牺牲了导师
的利益的前提下，背着导师去做了其它的事情。
3。楼主在努力地寻找导师不公平的证据，并且找到了。这个证据是：
组里五年级的学生还没有论文，我暑假孬好还交了一篇。这很弱。
我有两个疑问。第一：那个五年级的学生，有没有背着导师修CS课？
第二：你暑假交的论文质量如何？发表在什么档次？
4。楼主情商比较低。我们准备托福的时候都念过：It's no use crying

光灯管了。home depot网站倒是有T8 LED的管子卖，就是local store都没有用不了
coupon。大家知道还有什么地方可以买到便宜的4ft T8 LED tubes？Ebay上看了一眼，
都不怎么靠谱，要么价格太离谱，要么spec很含糊。大家有什么经验分享一下？实在不
行就上home depot online order了。好歹是phillips的货，按spec的话CRI也有85了。
比较prefer 4000K色温，不过home depot 4000K 比 3500K竟然贵一倍。难道真是因为
高色温LED的CRI做不高？ |

mostly non-dimmable，更不用提CRI。philips最近出来的A19 standard bulb标称
CRI80，实测了一下有接近85，基本可以替代传统的白炽灯了。最近还有一个很棒的是
EcoSmart的6吋LED downlight，CRI接近90，可以用在浴室等潮湿环境，用了coupon只
有同类产品价格1/3~1/4。 |

baby longer time, but my boss raised my salary instead of laying me off. I
wanted to quit the job, but my husband didn't approve it. I had to send the
baby to daycare. The first week my son's eyes were swollen when I picked him
up. I can tell he cried a lot at daycare. I cried too and felt so bad. Like
what I said "enjoy your time". You will have everything very soon.

his growth? I really want to stop using the steroid cream. But every time
when I tried to stop, the eczema comes back really bad. My baby always cries

too loud, or after he cries for about twelve minutes, we pick him up, hold
him, and comfort him until he is quiet, then we put him back into his crib.
He is six months now, and so far he has been giving us a pretty easy time.

surprise, he didn't cry at all the whole day, including when I dropped him

But then he had to have ear tube surgery. After that, he was in our bed till

的经验。真要成功让宝宝睡好觉，耐心会观察爱学习的爸妈是必要，而要达到这个境界
只能自家trial and error。 我尽量写，如果谁家爸妈还有问题，把你家宝宝的年龄，
作息贴过来或给我发信，我或者大家帮你看看怎么调整比较好。还有，写的有不对或不

问题：什么是sleep train阿？
回答：我的看法，广义的说，是给宝宝一个合适他/她年龄的睡觉作息安排，并教
给他/她好的能持之以恒的入睡本领（可以借助工具，也可以不要）。所以sleep train
应该包括训入睡，调整时间，延长nap，nap和晚上睡觉consolidate睡整。
问题：我家这样的还需要train吗？
回答：宝宝跟宝宝不一样，主要的标准还是宝宝精神好，注意力集中，满意。如果
精神不好，烦躁就有调整的需要。 一些常见的问题是宝宝入睡难哄，折腾很久；白天
总是30，40分钟短nap，两个月以后晚上睡不到10-12个小时（中间吃迷糊奶或拍拍马上

如何录：家里有录音笔，奶爸就发出shu的声音，录下来用mp3重复放。
我是不停的放的。这方面可以再查一下。因为书上是要求人发声的，所以不可能连续到
75分钟。实在是太累，看到别人用录的声音效果不错，就试了。你可以试试看，但是少
于20分钟是肯定不够的。
winline：宝宝真的是喜欢。理论上来说，这个声音就像是宝宝在母体里，洋水环绕发
出的声音。对他来说是很有安全感的。而且，白天nap，外面很吵，shu的声音也可以帮
助一些。当然这是一般的状况，和我宝宝的经验，每个宝宝还是不一样的。如果你的宝
宝很闹的话,还是值得尝试的.

是害死人啊。
首先，貌似国外没有肋骨外翻这一概念，根本查不出“肋骨外翻”对应的英文。
其次，俺在baidu百科“肋骨”一词上看到这么一个说法，“1、如果你发育未完成的话
：孩子的肋骨外翻是由于大多数孩子的肚子都较大，加之肋骨偏软，张力的关系，久之
就会出现肋骨外翻的症状。随着孩子的生长，胸廓展开后症状即会消失。微量原素在正
常水平的低线，应从饮食上继续补充为宜，并多到户外活动，接受阳光的照射，促进钙
的吸收。” 俺觉得这话比较靠谱。
另外，前几天我带娃checkup的时候问过儿医，他说如果缺钙，肋骨的表现应该是可以
在肋骨上发现小的bump，单纯肋骨明显不代表缺钙。

9hrs during the night (it should be 10, but recently, he is good, he wakes
up in the middle of the night, cry and have no reason. and he pooped!!!!
during the night now. :( I have to clean him up and change diapers, he is
crying and crying. finally we both tired and gets back to sleep. ) |

use 奶嘴. Sometimes just left him crying.

分钟，15分钟，。。。还有一种方法就是让宝宝哭一阵，不去安抚。这个方法比
controlled crying哭的时间要短。但是关键是养成好的routine，这样到了时间就很困
，一会就睡着了。
不过要确保宝宝不饿，尿布也不脏，然后就可以sleep train。我家宝宝自己睡觉很乖
，吃吃手就睡了，但是如果肚子饿的话，吃会手就会哭，怎么都不会睡。 |

tocuh the chair or sofa, he felt it and started crying madly. Worst night is
he kept crying(with short rest) from 11 PM till 7 AM. Things are getting
better and better though he from time to time does the same(now it is most

He started full time daycare 3 weeks ago. Now he still cries most time of
the day. Our teachers are nice though, they hold him a lot because he is the
only one in the room the cries constantly. They try to calm him down so

Find a fixed time(I find early morning works best for me), take off the
diaper, hold her above the toilet (hold her legs for sure, and you can lean
her butt against the toilet seat so that you won't feel too tired. My bath
tub is very close, so I could sit on the bath tube edge)

she is a 敏感的孩子, I will see if I can be more patient...but it's really
really a pain everyday morning. If you can imagine: everyone in the

at her, teacher has to drop down whatever she's been working on to help her,
