phase such as Ni-Ox-Ba, (2) the charge transfer between the ceria and the

support, note that Ce is 4+ and Ba is 2+. |

发帖数: 3702 | 24 你看的那个文章好像只说超声可以分散powder， 没说能分辨非晶和晶体；超声大概是在溶液中产生局部的高温高压， 所以对分散或者溶解有促进， 甚至反应。
试试TEM， 可能分辨得出来；
非要SEM的话，不知道back-scatterd SEM 行不行， 等大牛来解答。

看看颗粒大小之类的，超声是有作用的。把powder放在酒精或者丙酮里，超声几分钟
再滴在导电的substrate上，比直接把powder撒在carbon tape上，样品分散要好得多
有一些有明确外形的结晶体是很容易看出来的。
