试试TEM, 可能分辨得出来;
非要SEM的话,不知道back-scatterd SEM 行不行, 等大牛来解答。

看看颗粒大小之类的,超声是有作用的。把powder放在酒精或者丙酮里,超声几分钟
再滴在导电的substrate上,比直接把powder撒在carbon tape上,样品分散要好得多
有一些有明确外形的结晶体是很容易看出来的。
