原料：
2 1/4 cups cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 lb sweet butter
2 cups sugar
4 large egg
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup sour cream
heavy cream
coconut flakes
fruit
步骤:
用mixer把butter打成cream状，加入蛋黄，打一起，一个一个加，然后加vanilla，打匀。 -- mixer speed: medium
把mixer的speed调低，加入筛好的面粉，baking powder,salt,sour cream。注意begin and end with the flour。Be sure the mixture is completely blended。
另外一个碗里，用Mixer打蛋清。打好后拌入前面准备好的batter里。
装盘后放入预热后的烤箱

可是还是有困惑我的问题。看到版上另一个MM也在问回缩的问题，我附上图，可以清楚
的看到回缩的情况。
第一张图，是烤好刚拿出来，第二张图是放上了棉花糖，又放回去；第三个图是2分钟
后，棉花糖和蛋糕融合好再出炉的照片。这个时候很好，但过了一段时间，表面就开始
褶皱了，有的中间还塌陷了。
我有的时候做，会倒扣，这样就不会回缩，但是cup cake表面就一道道线，不好看。
附我用的配方：
干料：
1cup低筋面粉
¼ teaspoon 盐（也可以不加）
1 cup 糖（分两份）（这个酌情，我只用了1/2cup）
湿料：
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup milk
蛋黄4个
蛋白4个
我是烤箱300F，烤了15~17分钟。 |

月左右就开始拒绝喝奶瓶，现在快5个月了，爷爷奶奶很有耐心，又劝又哄动辄一个小

点奶瓶都不吃。一开始我胸喂，后来随着宝宝长大我奶变少，不够的部分我就用勺子一
点一点喂，或者直接用普通杯子喂他喝。之前也练习过sippy/straw cup，但是sippy
他吃几口就不吃了开始玩了，straw更加是一点也不会。一直到大概13个月以后，突然
顿悟就会用straw cup了。现在在家里还是主要用普通杯子（当然是我拿着杯子喂，给
宝宝自己拿就全洒了），出门就用straw cup。 |

when laying down. Straw cups are confusing to my kids at the beginning
since they tend to rely on gravity to get water out which did not work with
straws. In my mind the eltimate goal is to transit them to open cups, though
straw cups are useful lifelong.
