和小时
候家里普通高压锅做出来的不一样。比如，炖牛腩，用最高压设置，总共压1个小时20
分钟，但口感有点
像慢炖锅炖出来的，没用办法酥而不烂。我怀疑是这个下面的热度不够，压力不够。不
知道换成普通高
压锅是不是会好一些。谁能推荐一个好用的吗？谢谢！ |

发帖数: 788 | 8 我用lodge没搪瓷的煎锅，和一个摊煎饼的鏊子，都不错。有搪瓷的没用过lodge的，有
一个cusine art 3qt 次等品二十多买的，和一个LC的5qt，costco99块的时候买的。两
个都用来sear过排骨牛排什么的，也煲汤，手抓饭之类也做过，烹调效果没什么区别。
LC的好清洗，瓷面光滑，边缘不生锈，CA的用了几次颜色有点发黄，有点裂纹不明显。
当然我CA用的比较多，便宜么，不心疼，也小，没请人的时候够用。我看costco自己的
牌子也出铸铁锅了，不知道怎么样。不过目前够用了，再好也不能再买了，太占地儿 |

味道不错，价钱也不错。我们点了$10的沸腾鱼片和$8的铁板回锅肉，都很好吃。服务
也很不错。竞争对手越多，对我们食客越有利。
不足之处：
1.米饭要一块钱一位，free refill.
2.菜很油。虽然川菜是油，但还是要吃得健康一些。 |

downtown. Absolutely great food and high-end. Very close to river walk
tourist part
If Italian, there is a place in pearl brewery called Il sogno, food is
authentic Italian cousine
If Mexican, I like Urban tacos in quarry market, but it is more casual.
If for modern cusine, the Bega on the bank is fun place to go.
If go to a lunge, 1919 in blue star complex. Very sophisticated. Hard to
find though |

Many Italian of French foods can be reproduced at home.
Home made stuff is quite different from the batch produced
stuff on a cruise liner. ;-) If I go to France or Italy,
I would sojourn to some small town or try to get to live
in someone's home for a while taste real French or Itailian
cusine.

1/2cup Oatmeal， 加水煮的。其实早上没什么胃口，但是听说空腹喝豆浆不好，所以
开始吃燕麦，但只吃了一半，就吃不消了，80卡左右
一杯无糖豆浆 80卡了
10个蓝莓 10卡
ＳＮＡＣＫ 10:45Am左右
５个baby carrots （大） ３０卡

was a very difficult labor, she lost a lot of blood,
one point the doctor asked my uncle whether he wanted to keep his
wife or the baby. He said he want both of them.
And my cousin C gave birth to her baby couple of years ago at age 29 in the USA, she only
pushed her baby three times, less than 10 minutes, the baby was out, and her baby is a bit

Hmm, interesting.
First, I would like to mention that not all "foreign culture motifs" are
resisted with equal vehmency. For example, while ethics and cusine are both
traditions in a culture, a call to resist "western human right standards" gets
you more support than a call to boycott McDonald.
It seems that a culture only protects some of its core motifs. This
phenomenon reminds me of what Imre Lakatos said about the "shift of paradigms"
