thanksgiving的白票要过期了，因为最近要出去玩，没有时间再去了。 结果结账的时
候cashier告诉我balance是零。我虽然不知道具体剩多少，但知道不是zero。 回家上
网查了一下history，发现11/25号被 MI的人在10几分钟内搞了5个transaction，他是
买了 avoid，再买，最后花了 25c， 这个是help desk说的。 她说那个人看起来是想
最小化oops。我的history显示的是 purchase -reload- purchase-reload-purchase。
我说egift card 不是不能reload吗？ 我的卡从CVS网上买的，从来没有丢，不是我的
责任。 那个接线员说gift card 没有签名，让我给店里打电话看有没有录像，店里说
刚换系统2周，以前的怕是没有记录了。就是有，gift card 相当于cash， 他们store
level的也做不了啥。 问题是我自己没有丢卡呀，我的cash就被别人用了？ 那这个卡
