为糖妈，搞得产前忧郁。其实控制孕期血糖对大人孩子都有好处，而且就艰苦两个月。
以下是我的一些经验教训，供大家参考，具体还要根据个人情况摸索。
背景
• 一小时血糖50g：188 (< 140)；罪魁祸首是半小时前吃了一个苹果
• 三小时血糖100g：空腹: 86 mg/dL (< 96)；1 小时: 181* mg/dL (< 180)；2
小时: 166* mg/dL (< 155)；3 小时: 129 mg/dL (< 140) ；其中三小时的四个指标
超了两个，超的不多。不知道是不是因为超的不多，没要求做尿检。不过一个半月之后
做过一次尿检，glucose/protein/ketone/bilirubin都是negative
• 被判为糖妈之后，要求每天早上空腹（<95）和三餐从吃饭起(first bite)算
两小时(<120)扎手指测血糖
营养师要求饮食原则:

在飞机上度过漫长的一夜，当地时间早上9点15分到达Copenhagen，机场很大，但入境
很快，拿了行李，一出机场，看到一个和蔼的西人老头举着一张报纸，报纸上写着我的
名字（汗…….）,赶快冲过去自我介绍，“I’m xxx, from xxx” “I’m xxxsen,
nice to meet u…” (后来才知道， 原来他是PI). 然后就他开车，我坐车，一路聊天
，很快回到了学校，40km而已
见过group members， 然后一个瑞士人带我lab tour，简要介绍了一下project要做的
事情，中午跟group members共进午餐， 据说是typical Danish food, 就是味道很怪
的sauce+cheese+焗薯+焗胡萝卜+猪肉， 喝了很多水才全吞下去……….. group
members 全都很nice， 聊他们现 |

你要回北京三个星期，还是年假用完后拼命加班加点东拼西凑才凑够的。当时我们聊了
很久，期间还向你借过手机照明找一些东西，你还讲过那套叫“窃听风暴”的电影，记
得吗？
那天从头到尾一直没有问过你的名字，也没有向你要联系方式。回家以后非常后悔。事
隔差不多有两个月了，不知道你是不是还有印象？这两个月来，我试过各种各样不同的
办法，但是始终没有任何的结果。毕竟什么资料都没有，就凭一些描述要在这个世界上
找一个人的机会是非常渺茫的。

旭日初升，迎来新的一天。在cruise上的第二天就在我们的送到我们房间的早餐开始的
。打开balcony上的落地门，天气还是有点凉，所以还是在室内吃早点。船长日志上说已
经到了Virginia附近了。
我一边喝着番茄汁，吃着粘着蜂蜜的muffin，大嚼Danish Pantry，一边感叹着room se
rvice的好处，正象某个广告里说的：Once upon a time, I am queen and you are th
e king，终于体会到古代的君王的饭来张口的生活了。
今天船上有一些娱乐活动，晚上有show，品酒，有电影Mr. and Mrs Smith，还有Casin
o。我们一边欣赏着海上的晨景，一边看着房间里的有线电视。这时候，有一个乘客有了
medical emergency，所以我们的ship稍稍靠近陆地，直升飞机随后赶到。远处的陆地因
为是冬天，没有绿树的覆盖，有些荒芜。又过了一会儿，据说已经到了south Carolina
了。可能明天就到Florida，就可以在阳台上吹着海风听着海浪，心里慢慢激动起来。
吃完早餐，正是上午10点多。来到顶层 |

寿司(250G), 中午dining hall吃牛肉炒面带上一些蔬菜, 3-4PM 一只苹果, 6pm晚饭三
明治, 8-9pm @ olin library banana muffin or cheese danish然后再加一瓶酸奶,
1AM 随便哪里找些饼干填饱肚子. |

又在“大撒把”，我心里偷偷的骂：你不帮忙做饭也罢了，连主意都懒得出，真是……
到家了。怨归怨，在美国当家的我，还是需要每天面对衣食住行的问题。以前一个人的
时候好办些，一人吃饱，全家不饿，爱吃什么吃什么，不用看别人脸色来做饭。结了婚
就大大不同了，两个人口味不一样，还不是中国南北口味的差别，是中国和美国口味的
碰撞，是两个不同世界的大战……说得夸张了点，但是这每天周而复始的功课，是每个
当家人逃不掉的。
说实话，我以前在父母家里可以算是标准的饭来张口，衣来伸手的“要饭一族”，
自理能力当之无愧属于低能那一类。我和姐姐都不挑食，我运气好摊上个爱做厨子的老
爸，和跟他一样厨艺高超的妈妈，他们联合起来把我和姐姐养得白白胖胖。那时妈妈最

Danish Export, should cost less than $20 (one ounce = ~20 cigarettes,
