some 485 approved date. Looks like the approved date is not following the
src number. It is not the bigger number the earlier approved date.

date开始算15天之内出结果。
FYI
我25号Eflie并寄出的，当天状态Initial review
27号USCIS通知 PP request received，状态还是Initial review
30号状态变成了 Acceptance
另外USCIS发邮件给律师说我的Received Date是27号。

，今天刚收到Approval Notice. 有点奇怪的是，Receipt Date是我在网上递交I-140的
时间，但Priority Date却不是今年的日期，而是2010年NIW的Priority Date。另外两
份Approval Notice的A Number也相同。

请问大家EAD 的effective date是这个approved date吗，因为pending了很久了打算回
去上班，秘书给办手续的时候问要这个date，说一般是印在卡上的，但是目前也还没有
收到卡，所以不确定。本来是等收到卡再办也可以，但是到这个月底之前恢复工作容易
很多，到下个月就得作为新人重新入职了，所以还是想现在开始办。请各位收到过EAD
的朋友们帮帮忙看能不能用approved date。

，他们也是附申请人没有priority date. 也可以理解，因为priority date是I-140批
准时决定的，而副申请人一般都不递交I-140.

我的具体情况是：H1B Extended
目前最近的一次入境的电子版I94是2015年，所以上面标明的Expiration Date是我的第
一个H1B过期日 （2016年5月），这个已经过去一年多时间了；
而我现在早已经extend了H1B，新的有效时间是到2019年5月的
我的问题是，以上的Expiration Date到底应该填哪一个？如果按照最近一次入境的I94
，那么就只能填2016年那一个。可是有人建议我，这个日期不能比当前日期（2017年12
月）更早，否则可能惹麻烦。
那么我是不是需要填写新的Extended H1B附带的I94上的Expiration Date（2019年5月
）。那样的话，我485 package里面出示exhibit evidence时，该出示哪一个I94？

另外奥本海默还提到了USCIS最新的关于允许在排期到之前交I４８５的草案。这并不代
表只要I１４０批了就可以交I４８５。而是建立两套日期，一个是现有的VB排期日，意
味着谁的申请可以得到签证名额，另一个日期是所谓的＂qualifying date＂，意味着
谁可以交I４８５申请。其实现在在Consular Processing中，奥本海默给NationalVisa
Center已经提供一个qualifying date，以便提前通知申请人准备材料和面试。USCIS
的草案基本上效仿现有的Consular Processing的程序，让申请人在排期到之前提交申
请，等到排期到时，可以马上批准。
奥本海默一般将qualifying date设在VB排期日后一年。所以如果现在VB排期是２００
６年７月，那么PD在２００７年７月前的就可以现在递交I４８５。当然如果草案变成
正式法规后，到底如何设qualifying date，要看那时候的情况。 |

cutoff date movement for Eb2 I/C. Attorney said lot of Eb3-Eb2 porting would
be rejected due to lack of 4 year bachelor degree or lack of 2 year Masters

比办PERM的priority date更晚。

主支持EB-1B。但是雇主的狗屁律师说我的case有风险，建议办EB3-perm，说我EB-3
485交表可以用我自己的EB2-NIW的priority date，所以可以加快进度。我感觉EB-2
NIW 的priority date应该不可以link到EB-3。咨询了以前帮我办NIW的律师，他们也说
