membership被咳嗽了，打电话问，说原因不详，卡不能退，下月初也不会收到rebate。
现在该怎么办呐?

打了半天电话。一开始他们说我有4个项目了，She,fun之类的，我说是呀，不过我现在
说的是dealmax，布拉布拉了好久，他们说我仍然能拿到3折，然后我说那可不可以恢复
membership呀，她又马上帮我恢复了。
