Ukrainian Military Claims Destruction Of Enemy Tanks Outside Debaltsevo
Ukraine's Information Resistance claims that Ukrainian forces destroyed a
unit of Russian or separatist manned Russian tanks outside Debaltsevo over
the last few days.
According to the report, a consolidated tank unit of 16 tanks, transferred
to the Debaltsevo area from Krasny Luch, was routed during a three-day
battle.

Head of the DPR Aleksandr Zakharchenko got a gunshot wound in the ancle
while running across the main street in Debaltsevo in the course of the
mopping-up operation.
His bodyguards provided the first aid: applied a tourniquet and bandaged the
wound. The injury is not severe. Zakharchenko was evacuated to Alchevsk
together with three wounded militiamen. |
