开了罚单有该如果应对呢？而且每个城市的by-law是不一样的。
基本上温哥华停车的地方大致可分为以下几种。
parking meter:这个就按规定时间来付钱就好了。有很多这重meter只在星期一至五有效，有则是
8：00AM至6:00PM 或者8：00PM才有效的。所以不要花冤枉钱哦。再有vancouver的meter都可以通过
手机绑定信用卡来付款，不过每次要收取三毛钱的服务费。被罚的几率中等，专人巡逻，看你的运
气了
parking by permit:有这个标记的街区是一定要有decal这个东东的，就是那种不同颜色贴在车窗上
的小块粘纸。这种地方通常是留给这个街区上的住户停车的。基本上都是应为离商业区比较近，照
顾他们设立的。被罚几率中等，通常是住在旁边的居民告发。如果你停的地方接近house,几率要远
远高于公寓的。
back alley commercial parking:在温哥华的downtown这个标记最多。这地方只有有commercial
decal的车辆才可以停。这个decal |

，可以停在curb边上，游客只能把车停在指定停车场。周围沿海的几个城镇都是这样的
。但很少听说这个规定被执行的，很多人没有decal也随便停，没见有人管过。你去的
那个地方有些过分，其实只要竖个牌子就好了。不过他们也没有违规，不知道你怎么能
告赢。 |

DMV会给你牌照，但因为没做检查，只会给你一个月的decal。
拿到牌照后应立即装上去检查，然后申请长期的decal。 |

是，在新泽西州这个变态地方，就是一条outboard橡皮艇，那也叫船。这几周颇受折磨
，总结经验流程给同志们参考。
话说某日和Jerry与钓鱼迷请教，住apt买啥能漂在水上的比较合适，俩人异口同声
porta bote，第二天打电话给船长聊天，提到准备进个porta bote，船长推荐了橡皮艇。
当天下午，因去纽约办事，就顺便逛了一家卖水上用品店，好家伙，小小充气艇显得非
常小巧玲珑，和sales聊了一会，在参数还没明白的情况下，就买了一支Zodiac Cadet
充气小船，加一支9.8匹的Tohatsu，sales充满豪情地说，你可以在大海中遨游了，俺
自小受到的教育是，充气艇不可靠，所以俺想象的是，风和日丽春光无限，在park的小
湖里，驾驶小充气艇，钓crappie。
搬运时觉得有点重，sales说没事，你到了放船码头，先搬船后搬motor。路上给Jerry
和船长分别打了电话，俩人都觉得motor有点重了，俺当时觉得无所谓。

我是白车，车上有红色的漆，于是在停车场找了一下，很快就找到一辆红色的车，右后
方bumper上有白色的漆。
这车有apartment的decal，所以应该也是住户。
我现在能做什么？ 报警？ 还是去office查一下看看那车是谁的，然后上门去谈一下？
需要收集一下什么证据么？

我倒车基本没用过几次，一般停车场都挺宽敞的，平趴倒是需要，我们单位都不让倒趴
，开罚单的人看不到parking decal. |

发帖数: 1200 | 49 prius 在加州的好处不止省油这么点。以前 Prius 用户在加州申请一个 Clean Air
Vehicle (CAV) sticker 之后可以一个人开 car pool lane (2011 年 7 月起普通
Prius 已经不行了，要 Prius Plug-in 才行). 而且加州很多收费的桥对 low
emission vehicle 是免费或少收费的。

因此拿过ticket。
还有能停进去，就没有倒不出来的道理吧。
