in Flushing. In order to have a safer community and protect the weak, we are
going to have FREE woman self-defense class in Flushing Mall's parking area
in weekend.

不幸被警察开单。后来写了封信给法官，要求网开一面，自己会参加defensive
driving class,后来法庭宣布只罚60元，条件是在12月20号前上一个defensive
driving class。
但因为太忙，一直没时间去上这个课，大家有没有经验法官会怎么处理？我现在交全额
罚款都可以，但不要别的事情吧？

mandatory defensive driving course 是给12个月内没有上过驾校的人上的
discretionary defensive driving course 是给12个月内上过驾校的人上的
查了驾校和政府官网都没有详细说明哪个课是哪种类型
打电话去问，接电话的人也没说明白，估计是不能推荐驾校
难道这两个课是一样的？上同样的课两遍就可以了？

我见过告诉上Cherokee 和18轮 撞 然后Cherokee 里面全都是血 有2个人都不动了 估
计很玄
就算你没碰到18轮 如果遇到和你一样 乱开车的卡车 你自己也有很大的危险
承认开大车更好 但是Defensive Driving 更重要
只有Defensive Driving 然后再加上大车才是最安全的 这样对自己和别人都负责了 |

勒，还”起码要做到” ？如果真的有人能够做到了你说的两个“了如指掌”， 那么这
位司机根本不需要 defensive， 他就是传说中的车神，马路上的梅西，马拉多纳。
Defensive driving 的根本出发点，记住，“根本出发点” 正好和你说的完全相反，
绝对不是什么“了如指掌”，而是清醒地认识到，无论自己开了多少年的车，无论自己
技术多牛，车子多好，你永远无法做到：
1.随时随地对你周围所有其他车的位置，相对于你的速度了如指掌。
2.对周围其他车之间的相对速度相对位置，道路走势也要了如指掌。
所以，你必须对有可能发生的意外留有余地。就用你的两条“了如指掌”举例：
1。即使你看到了身边某车的速度和位置，不要 take it for granted， 认为你“了如
指掌”，认为那个司机不会突然打盹，突然加速，或者车里小两口不会突然打闹。。。

2。即使你每天都走某条路，到了拐弯，视野不开阔的地方，不要 take it for

（2）难以判断，难以预料的事情，随时可能发生。
defensive driving 绝对没有禁止你进行自己的判断，但是 defensive driving 在肯
定你必须判断路况车流的同时，给自己留有十足的余地，这个余地留给“无__法___预
料判断__的突发事件" |

妨回头再读读主贴。我说的各种了如指掌都是手段而不是目的，最后的目的当然是指导
自己做出最合理的动作，当然就包括了你举的例子比如尽量离开盲区等等。当然我还有
另外一层意思是开车一定要随机应变，如果离开盲区导致自己进入了一个更危险的位置
，那么就不一定要立刻离开盲区，所以我不赞成一条条的列怎样开才算defensive
driving。
最后，同意defensive driving是意识。 |

account的时候由于信用卡信息不再有效，已经显示"subscription expired"了，后来
就没管它。都说了他们有我地址，寄账单我都认了，但从我其他卡实在没道理。
善意提醒一下而已，以前在TigerDirect做的MIR也没出过问题。不过以后我是不会再跟
TigerDirect或是Total Defense交易了，艺高人胆大的随便吧。 |

我昨天激活的TOTAL DEFENSE，出现如你所说的系统说没有自动RENEW的情况，今天上午
登陆，系统已经变成NEVER EXPIRE了，我要的就是这个，于是点击CANCEL AUTO RENEW
，把那个AUTO RENEW取消就行了。我觉得有可能是他们公司的一个TRICK，大家还是要
小心注意些。当然我这次用的就是TIGERDIRECT给我的AMEX REBATE GC激活的TOTAL
DEFENSE，因此其实不取消AUTORENEW也没关系，只是取消了心里踏实些. |

是要据你这样的，以后多做功课或者不碰他家的就行了，我搞了几个TOTAL DEFENSE的
REBATE，都很快回来了，现在要赞一下TIGERDIRECT的REBATE，速度非常快，一般2-3个
星期都回来了。

一般来说，点数会在你的交通局驾驶记录上显示18个月，但你若是车子的投保人保险公
司会将该点数计算至3年，参加Defensive driving course 后交通局自动将devalue 四
个点数，而不是消掉，保险公司会在你出示course completion certificate 后重估你
的保费并连续三年减低你保险费10%。

我在NJ，一直有defensive driving discount 5%. 接到geico的信说是12月过期了。大
家是10%还是5%？
在NJ，taking driving course可以take 2 points off (每五年一次），但是我现在没
有points
发现course provider 都是把信息直接发给DMV。不知道能不能让他们不要发，因为不
需要。
这个course 会不会影响将来的points reduction ? 比如一年内只要take过不管什么原
因，再take就不能用来points reduction... |

judgment to take this course。

Lz的情况不是很清楚。Geico应该会需要你的defensive driving completion
certificate，如果上面有court mandate的标记，就没办法了。 |

刀。后来收到了一张上课的dvd。手机短信收到一个让去texasddc.com 或者ddc101.com
上课的短信。
看到网上有人提到到comedydefensivedriving上课，交25刀。请问我之前交的那个114
刀是什么？是不是已经选择了一个上课的地方了？

plays a middle H, West has to analyse the situation to find out the right
switch. In std signal, a middle Heart could ask for H continuation. It is not
impossible, though unlikely, that heart continuation is the correct defense.
My opinion is that East's card plays hardly any role. West has to rely on his
own.
There are hands in bridge defense problems that signals cannot solve. This is
one of them. |

功率排名，去年的冠军乌鸦的2012防守yard排名其实不高，但是它的red zone defense
排第一 （42.03%），今年乌鸦的数据几乎没变-42.86%， 但是只够排第四了。
