BS. She would need to relate it to the company's business needs. For

duty differences than the old position. So only change degree+experience
requirement and title is not enough.
That's why you see tons of Indian EB3 waiting there and only a small portion
porting to EB2. |

我在国内拿的硕士，现在读PHD还没毕业。提交I140的时候，就把申请美国入学用的中
国硕士学位证和毕业证加上盖了国内大学公章的翻译件一并扫描了。现在看这个材料不
行。
手头了解的可选方案：
1、楼下的中国教授翻译了然后签名宣誓自己精通中英文，翻译准确。
2、网上找Notify公司。
3、找银行。
4、找DC的中国大使馆。
请问版上xdjm都是怎么弄的。
再问，RFE中没提别的事儿，就是说学问认证没问题了，就算过了？

In today's standard JSD is almost required unless you graduated from HYS.
And by definition JSD is the Ph.D degree of law.JD is only professional
training in law.

professional training equivalent to another Bachelor. The first graduate
lever degree in law is LLM. So Bachelor(JD), Master(LLM), Ph.D(JSD) is the
natural sequence in the law field. But due to its practical nature of the
subject, you can teach other people after you received JD. School often hire
famous lawyers to teach students.

（不是211的学校）读会计，毕业后在E&Y,DHL工作了几年，都是财务方面的。德国似乎
没有专门的会计专业，柏林或附近（交通一个小时以内吧）有些什么international
master degree适合她呢？德国的MBA质量如何？

科的毕业证和学士学位证，后来又读了正规的硕士并拿到硕士文凭，请问我这样一路走
来的教育经历应该够格申请美国的master或者phd的关于学历的基本要求（或者说相当
