人Harry Dent认为，中国真正威胁全球的问题是房地产，造成A股泡沫的原因之一就是
房地产价格不再上涨，国内投资者转而炒股。
Dent指出，中国投资者并没有将大部分资金用于炒股，约7%的城镇投资者投资股票
，一半股票账户资产低于1.5万美元，有预计中国股民的股票投资仅占个人资产的15%，
这还是估算较高的比例。一半以上中国国民的收入都用于储蓄，储蓄占比最高的达到三
分之二。这些储蓄大多数都投入了房地产市场。
Dent提到，中国的住房自有率达90%，即使美国国民更富有，自有率也只有64%。中
国家庭74.7%的资产都属于房地产，美国家庭的这类资产占比只有17.9%。这有助于解释
，为何中国的房地产泡沫现代史上罕见。万一房地产泡沫破灭，问题就来了，中国国民
的财富会大缩水，四分之三的资产都危险。这种泡沫有多大？2000年以来，上海的房地

停好后 LD开车门有点重 碰到别人的车门 但是我们的车门边上有塑料的保护
一点刮痕也没有啊
里面坐着的墨西哥女人跳出来 指着我们狂骂 说是我们刮花了她的车
于是我们连说sorry。。我蹲下来用衣服擦那个我LD碰到的看都看不到的印记 我说了句
No worries..dents and scratches are pretty，我还说了句 我们就有很多dent
我承认我嘴贱了
有网友回帖说：我打了人家儿子， 还说打得不重，小孩打闹。这话我不同意
我这最多就是用手碰了人家儿子。
打是故意行为
碰是无意
我们道歉了，也去擦了看都看不到的印记

发帖数: 3630 | 49 这个是个问题.但看情况.一般情况下,dent不是很明显的话也许可以.因为你有凹口可以
用力,看看用spanner是否可以强行通过dent的部分.如果不行,就可以考虑从后面的镜组
入手. 要修dent比较难,不过要么买个dent vise,($50,我不舍得买).要么也许可以看看
DIY一个,我也没做过,不过看过视频有人用开门把手洞的环形锯锯一个木头圆柱体,然后
把圆柱靠在dent上,慢慢敲打矫正,貌似很山寨的样子,不建议冒险. |
