在Craiglist上看到一个卖车的广告，车的信价比很好，然后就跟卖主联系。卖主是个
黑人妇女，四十多岁，第一次见面，她把车开过来看，穿得西装革履，手提黑色公文包
，说现在刚失去工作，车抵押给银行贷了款，车的title在银行那里。我先付一半钱，
等三个月后她重新找到了工作，把银行的贷款还清了，拿到了title，把title给我，我
再付另一半的钱。我们都签了lease，还互相留了driver's license的复印件。

非民选的“领导”:
由市长直接指定的是chief of staff和deputy chief of staff，相当于办公厅主任
由民选产生的是treasurer, assessor, judge等等一系列职位。
这些职位可以算作是领导，不过和中国的“领导班子”区别还是挺大的。 |

国国务院外交电报而再次成为世人关注的焦点。与以往不同的是，这次公布的电报均未
经编辑，众多秘密消息源的姓名全部遭曝光。此举不仅令美国和澳大利亚的官方大为担
忧，而且也让一贯支持维基解密的《纽约时报》等五家大媒体联手对该网站发起抵制。
涉及亚洲敏感国家
2010年年底，维基解密网站曾向《纽约时报》以及其他一些媒体提供了251287份美
国250多个驻外大使馆和领事馆与美国国务院互发的秘密电报，这些媒体在进行公开报
道时，删除了被认为可能遭到报复的消息源的人名。不过由于电报数量巨大，当时只公
开了不到一半。
近日，维基解密网站提出要原封不动地公开所有电报内容，被合作媒体拒绝，于是
从8月30日开始，维基解密在短短几天内就在其网站公开了约13.4万份未经处理的电报
