要重新构造，因为后面销毁的singleton有一定可能又会用到前面销毁的singleton。。。
另一个办法是将要销毁的singleton的destroy函数统一放到一个带优先级的队列里，按
照依赖顺序排好，然后做一个函数来依照这个队列销毁，注册到atexit。
至于singleton的初始化线程安全问题，先去google一下double locking，再搜索一下
memory barrier，就差不多了。

因素。此人被和谐几率超高。

民主党, 25席共和党. 对这个法案SCA5的支持是党派分票, 所以我们只需要保证 2个以
上民主党议员勇敢地站出来, 投票反对, 我们就可以让法案胎死腹中. 现在我们可以做
的是写信给代表我们选区的加州众议员, 去他们的网站给他们写.
