I have question regarding TX return:
I rollover one of my 403b to a traditional IRA in 2011 , i made sure it was
a direct rollover (i did not take any money out). Do you still supposed to
receive a 1099-R form?
1. Do i need to fill this 1099-R i received when prepare my 1040?
2. a related question is. this rollover was about $1000. I made another $
5000 contribution to a Roth IRA in 2011. When i started to prepare my tax

my husband's and my cases. Since my husband recently submitted an EB1A 140
and it was approved on Sept. 13, I am not sure if the soft update means our
I485s have been inter-filed to the newly approved I140 or it is just a

Online status showed that the EAD and AP were approved Dec 17th, 2011.
However, so far no card was received.
My company attorney did SR on January 20th, 2012 after waiting more than 30
days after the approval and was told to wait another 30 days.
Again, no any information was received so far.
What can I do except waiting...?
any suggestion is welcome.

I got my I485 package mail to Phenix PO Box with priority mail by USPS on 12
/12/2016 and it has been 4 days while the tracking information is not
updated. Did you guys encounter similar situation? I highly appreciate if
anyone can share their delivery time during this holiday season. Thank you!
BTW, if you try to catch up with the Christmas high volume mail delivery.
Try UPS, Fedex, don' t use USPS... |

says the charge will increase from the old $29.99/m to $38.99/m, even after
some discount, for standard internet service from 07/06/2012 – 08/05/2012.
Today, my family called at least five times to Time Warner Cable, to 718-358
-0900, and 718-358-7928, for up around 140 minutes.
