我刚到icu工作时，还是带着floor工作的老习惯，flush IV时，我没有disconnect管子
，直接从近端的port flush。结果有一个病人对levo特别敏感，用量稍少血压就降到60
，稍微多一点就非常难受。我就那么随手一flush，一开始她马上觉得心蹦蹦跳，然后
是一段空白，血压一下就掉下来。
像导致迈克杰克逊死亡的propofol，在icu都是最常规的药，随便打点你马上就passout
，这药都好不算narcotic，都不受监控的。
icu用量很大的芬太尼，现在是美国很流行的毒品，因为非常强效。使用也很松。我觉
得很多可能就是从医院流出去的。 |

I haven’t seen or heard the Trump camp pick up on this bizarre comment.
Hillary, in this video, said “Don’t let anyone tell you that corporations
and businesses create jobs.”
